Don’t Forget God’s Power: Faith Fades When We Forget

my my leaders ladies and gentlemen you are now tune in to J might home of the world's toughest toughest leaders today I got a special message for you and I want to ask the question right right now how many times have we forgotten God's Miracles right how many times have we forgotten forgotten the things that he's done in the past you you know us as Believers we tend to get amnesia at times because we enter these new seasons and these new spaces where it just feels like God I don't know about this one last season I seen you do something I never seen you do before but this time I

don't know if you're going to come through the same way maybe I did something to the deserve this one this time and so how many times do we forget God's power so today's message and today's title is don't forget God's power Fai Fades when we forget let's pray heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Lord we thank you for this time we thank you for this hour we thank you for this moment father as I'm speaking today I ask that you would use me allow me to read these scriptures and let the scripture just hit them where they need to be hit remind them about something that they

need to be reminded about this season so that they can know that you are sovereign Hallelujah you are El Shai Hallelujah there's nothing that you can't do you are the governor you are in control of this situation even now and you're sending me out right now to speak to a leader that simply needs to be remembering remembering what you did yesterday remembering what you did last year remembering God so use this word today Hallelujah out of the Book of Joshua to speak to your leader God and allow me to share personal testimonial of how you brought me out how you brought me through how you brought me under Lord you

are with me and I know you're going to be with this leader that's listening to this message today lead us God guide us it's in your precious son Jesus mighty name that we pray pray amen amen amen my leaders today um task with a simple simple reminder for you not to forget God's power his his sovereignty and I want y'all to go to the Book of Joshua and if you go to the Book of Joshua I want you to go to chapter 4 okay there's two verses that we're going to read but I'm going to ex and summarize how we got to this portion what's even going on right now

if You' watching a few of my videos I probably talked a little bit about Joshua 1 Joshua 3 and so now this is Joshua 4 okay here we are now in the Book of Joshua and we have a new leader now Moses has passed away we have Joshua Joshua has now taking the Throne of leadership he is their military commander he is their spiritual leader and who is who am I talking about I'm talking about the children of Israel they are now going to pass this Jordan God is going to steal the waters and allowed him to walk on dry ground in almost a similar fashion that he did Moses

Moses now as they're passing this dry ground there are priests that are holding the Ark of the Covenant and as they're passing the Jordan the moment that their foot steps on the water there's dryness there and as they're carrying this Ark of the Covenant which is the symbol of God's presence the waters are still and now the children of Israel that passing over the Jordan and when they pass over the Jordan God gives Joshua a command in chapter 4 he says take 12 men out of the tribe of Israel take 12 men have them go back and have them get a stone check this out and this just happen to

be sitting here I can't back this up this just happen to be sitting here so the Lord must have known I was going to be doing this message for y'all today he tells them to get a stone and why does he tell them to get a stone out of the Jordan this is what we're going to read if you open your Bibles okay this is what the Lord says why does he tell them to get a stone out of the Jordan in chapter 4: 6 it says that this may be a sign among you that when your children ask their fathers in the time to come which is the future

saying what mean ye by these Stones so basically when your children asks you what do these Stones represent what do these Stones me verse 7 then you shall answer them that the Waters of Jordan were cut off before the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord when it passed over Jordan the Waters of Jordan were cut off and these Stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel forever my leaders these Stones shall be for a memorial that word memorial is is the word representation okay these Stones represent represent something and what were these Stones supposed to represent they were to represent the mirculous sovereignty and nature of

God delivering the children of Israel out of the Jordan also it's symbolic to what he did for Moses the children of Israel in the Red Sea it's to remind individuals of God's sovereignty God's power so that why When Faith Fades think about that when we forget about God's power fate Fades this is a remembrance so that your faith don't fade God always always wants his children to remember his sovereignty his kingship he's the one that the word says that with his fingers created the heavens the one that it says in the word that the Earth is but a foot stol to God the one where the word says that his

ways not our ways his thoughts are not our thoughts it's a remembrance not to put God in a human box because he's outside of this box and outside of the realm of time and outside of our possibilities because what's impossible to man the word says is possible to God it was impossible for man to stand in front of the Red Sea and part of Red Sea it's impossible for men to come across the Jordan and have the waters remain still low enough so that they can cross over let these Stones be assign for the next generation your children of God's sovereignty it's a memorabilia and as I'm I'm reading this

word what's so fascinating to me is I'm I'm asked to ask the question in my own life of man why why or why is it that there are times where I forget what God has done in my life like yeah this stone that the man of Israel took hook that represented God's sovereignty and what he did for the children of Israel I'm reminded I got Stones as well I got certain things that the Lord has done for me that it can only have been God and I thought to myself you know what story can I share with y'all what can I connect this message to and to be honest if

I got to share something that connects and I and I pray you also as you hear this story you connect your own God has reminded me of a time in the past about a year before I was about to get married my life started to go through some some truly tumultuous Troublesome times I was living in an apartment complex at the time very luxurious apartment complex and I was paying 1710 I ain't never been in an apartment like this before it was bougie and I'm I'm chilling at this apartment complex 1710 and to be honest the way I was paying for my leaders was I was doing deliveries at the

time and as I'm doing deliveries side get I'm also at the time also doing videography photography and things were actually going going smooth until they weren't going smooth the job dried up the videography photography I wasn't getting no more gigs and one of the jobs named Shi I talk about this on my uh trailer Channel I got fired from that job I was making some good money all my income caved in and it was depleted to the point where I got an eviction letter on my door and I'm thinking to myself Lord what are we gonna do so I devised this plan as I'm praying to the Lord okay God

I'm not GNA go back into doing my deliveries again cuz I got fired am I going to try to look for another delivery job the videography photography has dried up I felt led to begin an online course to help individuals overcome depression if you haven't watched my testimonial video maybe I'll put a card up here below or you can find it in one of my recent videos and I want to help people that are going through depression having suicidal thoughts I had a friend commit suicide and I wanted to always help individuals like him and individuals that were going through it like myself so I say you know what God

I feel L now to stop doing all these side gigs and stop doing all these other things just to make money I feel like I want to dive into my calling I'm a certified life coach I've always wanted to do an online course boom I go in I spend those next two months even with the eviction letter on the door and I start doing the online course okay and as I'm doing the online course I'm thinking hey man this is going to be the thing that now I can offer people value but it's also going to offer a return of income as well too so I set out and I

do it beautiful thing I had about 50 individuals from around the globe one person purchased it I kept giving the thing for free I couldn't get myself to truly just charge for the course I just like I wanted to help people and I felt like man I don't even want to charge to do it let me just start getting people in for free I'm giving free gifts um I'm giving a coupon it's called free gift and people are getting in and it's a beautiful thing that I'm seeing God do during that time I proposed to my wife my beautiful wife MC sake and during that time also we're in two

different cities so she goes back after our proposed and things then start to get drastic I get the eviction now I'm living with my brother okay I'm living with my brother and I end up picking up doing deliveries again another delivery app and all of a sudden my car gets total by a drunk driver so here I am staying with my brother I promise him I'm going be in this thing for maybe two three months tops I'm about to get the money that I need okay when I get the money that I need I'm going to get my own place I'm going to get my own apartment CU I'm about

to get married I got to get this apartment situation and this housing situation set up for me and my wife who's in Chicago right now but also I needed this income so I could pay if you know about weddings it ain't cheap I'm thinking okay I'm about to hustle I'm about to grind and I'm going to I got to save up we got to pay for all these things but things start going down here my car gets gets total so now here I am now unemployed I can't do my deliveries no more videography photography dried up okay I made a promise to my brother that hey man I'm about to

I'm about to be out but thank you for helping I'm about to be out in two three months it don't look like I'm going anywhere anytime soon I got these obligations now for paying for a wedding as well too my portion of it and it don't look like things are going up cuz I don't have no money to pay even my portion even for different things like the photographer or the videographer or or The Wedding Planner things just seem to be drying up and I remember going to a coffee shop Starbucks every single day I would go to Starbucks and um I'm praying I'm I'm in my word and I'm

asking God lord I need provision I'm I'm at a moment where I feel like um my Red Sea is right here I'm at a moment where I feel like I'm at the Jordan and I need God to perform a miracle I just need him and Lord behold check this out y'all as I'm praying and I'm asking for a way it just seems like no opportunity is coming my faith is trying to fade like Lord I need me a vehicle somehow some way I need me a vehicle I need me an opportunity like go God I'm praying something has to happen right now God you know the situation that I'm in

right now Lord help me I feel like I'm at a red sea moment and I'm out of joy and I remember as I'm praying to God I would go to this park that was by the domain area that's where we were staying at the time in Austin Texas and it was this big old park and I will go there every night kind of like how it looks like today and I would just begin to pray I'm speaking my heavenly language I'm talking to God speaking in Tong I'm praying in tongues and I'm there for like 30 minutes to an hour sometimes longer than that just talking to God praying for

his provision to come through praying that he allows me to Cross this Jordan praying that this is not it like the end of the road of my faith praying that I don't look foolish for relying on God and as I'm praying the Lord kept reminding me about things that he did in the past like am I not the one that gave you the vehicle that you had before in the first place am I not the one that miraculously gave you the access to a new apartment complex when you shouldn't have based on your record and your history don't you see are we thankful that we serve a God that doesn't

care about your record and your history he started to show me don't you remember that I'm the one that let you get into that luxurious apartment that you wanted the jobs that you were asking for am I not the one that open the opportunities for the job opportunity am I not the one that has done all these things when you proposed to your wife your beautiful wife and she said yes am I not the one who provided the provision for her to get the flight ticket to come down here but you didn't have anything am I not the one who Time After Time the reason even doing this fake platform

is because of me I'm the one that's provided this platform I'm the one that's gifted you with everything a matter of fact you're talking about you're talking about getting a stone my leaders what happens when you are the stone and you realize like you're not even supposed to be alive right now because you almost committed suicide back in 2014 and every single day you get breath in your lungs it's a miracle because you have a friend that he didn't he didn't get to live you know more people that they did not get to live so here you are in this season thinking once again that you hit a roadblock that's

not really a roadblock am I not the one God had to remind me he had to show me S to like the children if Israel he already did it for him back in Egypt and so now there's a new generation that's being ushered in and here we got these stones for this these 12 tribes that are always to be a reminder of The Sovereign God that they serve and what's so miraculous about my testimonial in this video is God delivered me from that season and he delivered me from that season with so much Glory the people that the drunk driver that told of my car they had to pay me

a check that was beautiful that I absolutely needed at the time I end up being able to get a vehicle that I've been wanting for 10 years he blessed me he just blessed me favor started to pour in and as favor started to pour in I I was reminded I was truly reminded God you've been doing this fake thing these miracles in my life you've been doing it for so long and my question in this video for you my leader that's watching this and I don't know where you're watching it from but I thank you for making it this far you a real one my question for you is what

things in your life right now can you just remember okay that's literally been a stone right this me this Memorial this thing that you can remember that God has done for your life maybe it's a job opportunity that came maybe it's just salvation like God took you as well too from suicide in a spirit of depression like I had right maybe it's delivered from certain addictions right maybe it was a new home I got somebody right now shout out to the homie Lily she got a big testimonial of God's Sovereign nature how he gave her this home that she would have never dreamed of being in how she could usher

in the Next Generation in this new home all right maybe God has provided you provision in a whole new city that you knew nothing about you took the journey like Abraham and you just went into a city and God started offering you job opportunities Community relationships right it's something in your life right now that you can remember that's a memorabilia a memorial something that's going to let you remember how Sovereign God is he's in control he governs your life nothing happens without him giving the go ahead for it to happen okay and he's the one that makes a way he makes provision he's Jehovah Gyra he's the provider the question

is to remember what Jesus Christ has and continues to do in your life he is the author and he is the finish and today leadership challenge get a sheet of paper and and in that sheet of paper I want you to just write down things that God has brought you out of okay remember don't forget God's power fate Fades when we forget this is just about remembering you could write a list down just different things that God has done and I'm and I'm praying that as you remember it starts to bring a a sense of Deliverance like oh man I remember again you start to get hope again in you

because Faith Hebrews 11:1 my favorite verse in the Bible now Faith is the substance of things hoped for evidence of Things Not Seen the substance of things hope for evidence of Things Not Seen now when you begin to write down the things that God has done in the pass for you I need you to pray according to God's Will and make Declarations of what God is getting ready to do in your life start to prophesy sometimes you got to begin prophesying over your life instead of destroying it and the way that we destroy things is with fear see the enemy would love anything to do to put fear in your

mind God didn't give us a spirit of fear but of love power and a sound mind sometimes you got to begin to prophesy what do you see what do you see God doing for your life and pray over this and if it's according to God's will it's already answered you shall receive because it's a it's your portion it's your portion yes we know that Believers we're going to experience suffering Jesus Christ speaks about this right but God also says that he will withhold no good thing for those that love him for his righteous and if our Earthly fathers can gift us good things how much more so I Heavenly Heavenly

Father our heavenly father that even gifted us with the Holy Ghost our heavenly father that has gifted us with salvation receiving salvation through by by by faith a confession my leaders I don't know where you are right now but I know I'm prompted to speak this word for somebody who needs to right now you got to remember what he's done you got to you got a stone somewhere and you got to remember what he's done and it's so crazy in the midst of him the children of Israel passing this Jordan the priest are holding the Covenant of the Ark the Ark of the Covenant and in that in the midst

of the miracle he has them get a stone from it there's something that you've come out of and there's a there's a piece there's a stone I don't know what that stone means symbolically for you but God has had you bring some residue out of it something something out of that season that should remind you of what he did before he's constantly doing Miracles and what we got to do is constantly remember that he is a miracle maker he's a way maker he's a promisee keeper that's who he is so my leaders if you made it this far in the video you're a real one and I pray that you

do this assignment today I pray that you know that God truly loves you but don't forget God's power fate Fades when we forget let's pray heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ father we thank you for this time we thank you for this hour we thank you thank you for this moment L we thank you for this reminder today like you did the children of Israel Lord you made them get these stones and you made them get it as a reminder for another generation father I'm praying that my leader watching this video is reminded of a stone that you had them get in the midst of a miracle

and that this thing is a reminder for another generation a reminder of a testimonial that they're going to share even in this generation God if their faith has been fading father I'm praying that you lift it up in Jesus name that this word will give them encouragement that your scripture will give them encouragement in Jesus name father we thank you that you hear our cries we thank you that you hear our prayers and we thank you that you answer so father Lord I'm just praying peace over this leader I'm praying strength over this leader I'm praying victory over this leader but most importantly I'm praying that they remember how Sovereign

you are you are The Sovereign God you above their issue you're above their problems and you have the ability to answer it you are a Victorious God you are Mighty Hallelujah there's no battle that you have not already won Victory is in you Jesus so Lord we surrender our life to you right now now God anybody who hasn't surrender their life to you right now Jesus we confess right now with our mouth right now Jesus Christ the you are Lord and we make you lord and savior over our life today thank you for dying on the cross for our sins Jesus cleansing us of our past becoming the curse Jesus
