My leaders, my leaders, how y'all doing today, man. You know, as I'm recording this video right now, I just want to say this. where some of you all are in life may feel as far back as where I'm sitting right now. In fact, you may feel a level of insignificance according to where you are right now in your life. This is how far back you feel. feel like everybody's in the forefront and you literally are nowhere to be found. And if you are, you're this far from being used. You're this far from a dream, a goal. This is how significant you feel.

Okay, I want to speak to that individual today because the Lord, he's really shown me something recently. And one of the things he shown me was to open up to Matthews 25. And that's what I'm going to speak about today. I really want you to connect with me because what the Lord has been showing me is how to truly be faithful in the little. If I'm faithful in a few, he can make me ruler over much. And I want to share a few scriptures with you all. Okay? Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, I just want to say thank you for this time.

Thank you for this hour. Thank you for this moment. Lord, this is a time where I could just feel your presence. You just want me to speak to your leader today. Somebody's going to be going through something that this message is truly going to connect with. And I just want to say thank you for allowing them to connect, Lord. This is truly a blessing and an honor to be speaking to this leader today, Lord. And I just ask that you go before me right now and you lead this message today. Impact a leader who's been feeling insignificant.

Impact a leader who doesn't feel like the portion that they've been given is much. Touch that leader today specifically. Let them know that everything that you've given to them is special and you have an expectation for what you've given them. So Lord, we just want to say thank you for what you're about to do right here, right now. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. My leaders, something different is happening in my life right now. Okay? And the thing that's very different that's happening in my life right now is I'm learning how to cherish being okay with just a little.

There's a scripture I want to read before I even get into it and the Lord had me write this down the other day and it's in Luke. Okay? And it's in Luke. Luke 16:10 says, "He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much. And he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. He that is faithful in that which is least." One thing that the Lord has truly been helping me see is I need to not forsake the little things. I need to not forsake the small beginnings.

Like I need to I need to stop always thinking that the most significant things in my life are those things that are the most grandiose. All right. They're the most most big in your face. Ah, yeah. Yeah. I see that. I see that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. those things that we notice. That's one thing I'm realizing. I'm realizing that I need to become faithful faithful in in cherishing the small things. I tend to pass over little mustard seed looking opportunities. Sometimes I pass over mustard seed looking gifts. Sometimes I forget to cherish the now. You know, I forget to cherish these moments.

And it made me think, man, recently what I started doing, I started to do workouts twice a day. And as I've been doing workouts twice a day, one thing that I've seen is I've seen that these workouts, whether they be 20 minutes, whether they be 30 minutes, I'm seeing how just those small disciplines on a consistent basis is actually producing so much gain. It's producing so much consistency, but I'm seeing progress.

And it took for me to be disciplining myself in this nature to see that, you know what, this is this is trickling down to other areas of my life where I'm realizing the small disciplines are what's necessary if I'm going to do anything great on a big big scale. scale. And one thing that I do when um I'm not coaching, coaching, making videos, is I'm out there serving the community. Yes, I'm doing ministry work, but I'm also doing deliveries. And this is something that the Lord showed me this season as he allowed me to get back to doing deliveries. I actually enjoy doing deliveries.

I enjoy serving the community food, shopping for people's groceries, going to different neighborhoods and locations and and being out in the world and in the community, able to see people, able to talk to people, able to pray for people. I like doing it. And what he showed me is that last season, I wasn't faithful in what I was receiving in my deliveries, which is a scripture that we're going to I'm going to speak about this deeper in the scripture. I wasn't faithful with the resources that were being handed to me. I just wasn't. I didn't think it was enough.

I didn't think it was enough because now I instead of being consistent, I'm I'm looking for the big shiny object. I'm looking for the I'm looking for the big gigs. I want the big videography gigs that are that are a few thousand dollars. I want somebody to book me for my coaching. I want I want more book sales to be jumping out the roof, right? I want to be making a living fulltime. I'm just being transparent from the very thing that I do, coaching, preaching the word, word, doing film, making photography for people. I want to be doing that full time.

And so because of that, I I neglected the very thing God was calling me to do just consistently. He was showing him if I could just be faithful in just this little discipline that I may not feel like doing, it's going to help me be disciplined in so many different areas. And so he gave me the scripture in Matthews 25. I'm going to read this scripture. Holy Spirit, I pray that you would continuously speak and be magnified right now. And the Lord spoke to me in the scripture Matthew 25. And I'm going to read verse 42. In it in verse 14, sorry.

And in this verse, you see Jesus speaking about how the kingdom of God is like. This is what the kingdom of heaven is like. I'm going to read this. He says, "For the kingdom of heaven is as a man traveling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to one to every man according to his several ability. and straightway took his journey. journey. So first and foremost we see that God called called and took people that were his own and he gave them resources. And the resources that he gave them were talents.

And these talents are according to this passage. It's not like the talents that we think about like America's got talents. Like those things that you're super dope at and you're super creative at. You can use it as an analogy in that way, but this is not what that's talking about. If we're being very specific, talents are a measure of weight. It's silver and it's gold. And the Lord had to show me this specifically regarding finances because he wanted to share a principle with me. And I'm going to keep reading. So to one he gave five, to another he gave two, and to another he gave one.

Now when you do your study on this, as I've been studying this talents according to even just having one talent was an insurmountable amount of money. Okay? I mean years of years and years of years of wages that people would basically to put this in context where somebody would make working let's say 10 to 20 years they were given it right here at once a lump sum that would be one talent. So imagine having two talents imagine having five talents. This is a lot of silver and gold. This is a lot of income. This is a lot of money. And so he entrusts these three individuals with this resource.

And let's keep reading 15. It says, "And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one. To every man according to his severability and straightway took his journey." So he gives them this income. And not only he gives income, he leaves now. So now basically he puts these individuals in charge of what he gave them. 16 Then he that had received five talents went and traded with the same and made them other five talents. So the individual that had five, he took that money and traded and made five more. So he invested what the Lord had gave him, what his master had gave him. him.

Likewise, verse 17, he that had received two, he also gained other two. Okay? So the one that got two, he also took what he got, the resource that he got, and he invested it, and the increase came. 18 says, "But he that had received one went and digged in the earth and hid his Lord's money. And the last one that got one one saw all this money that he got, all this the talent that he had, and he hid the very thing that God entrusted him with.

So now we're going to see as we keep reading what the Lord actually wanted them to do with the income, with the silver and gold, with the talents. Okay? He he wasn't because think about it. If you read up until now, he doesn't actually tell them what to do with it. He doesn't give them a specific assignment with it. But to whom he gives something to, there's a specific unspoken expectation. And we're going to speak about this. So verse 19, after a long time the lord of those servants cometh and reckonth with him. So he comes back to dwell with them.

And in verse 20 it says, "And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliverest unto me five talents. Behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. So you see the individual that had five, what we see is once again he invested what he had and he gained five more. Okay? And this is what we're going to keep reading about in verse 21. It says, "His lord said unto him, well done, thou good and faithful servant. Thou has been faithful over a few things. I will make thee ruler over many things. enter thou into the joy of the Lord.

So even though he received five talent, now five talents is I can't even tell you just how much that is, but that's a lot. But even though that was much, it still wasn't compared to what God actually his servant, his master actually had coming. Okay? Like the very thing that we're receiving, you think about this from a from a kingdom perspective. What we receive here on this earth as good as it is is not as great as what we're going to receive when we get to the kingdom of heaven. There's treasures being stored. There's positions being stored.

There's things that we're going to witness that words can't even utter right now. But once again, let's keep this practical. His master was proud that he was faithful over the few things. And so what what this echoes what I just read before Luke 16:10, which reads, "He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much. And he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much." This wasn't about just multiplying the income because what you're going to see is he was proud of the individual that also multiplied it that had two talents that multiplied it. It wasn't about the the multiplication of it.

It was about the principle of can I trust you when you get resources. Can I trust you? Let me let me start off by giving you just a little bit. And if I give you a little bit and I can and I can trust you to multiply what I've given you, then I can absolutely trust you with greater true riches. This is not even money we're speaking about at this point. But if we keep reading, it says verse 22, he that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliverest unto me two talents. Behold, I have gained two other talents beside thee.

His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant. Thou has been faithful over a few things. I will make thee ruler over many things. Enter thou unto the joy of the Lord. Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art a hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou has not straw, and I was afraid. So let's pause right there. Verse 25, we see that the one that had the one talent, the thing that God entrusted him would, thank you, Holy Spirit, he now was moving in fear.

The word says that God didn't give us a spirit of fear but of love, power, and a sound mind. So the one that had the one talent, he had the gifts, right? He had the the silver and gold that God entrusted with him, but he didn't use a sound mind with it. He didn't he didn't exercise his power over it. it. Okay? There was no love and I can even say even an appreciation of what was given to him. He moved with fear. fear.

At some point as I'm reading this, the Lord had to remind me that hey, if I've given you and I've entrusted you with something, one thing I don't need you to move with is with fear. Because if you move forward with fear, fear is going to allow you to bury the very thing that I've given you. And if you want to stop the video for somebody, that's enough. Fear is going to make you bury the very thing that God is entrusting you with here on this earth. And I was afraid, verse 25, and went and hid thy talent in the earth, lo there thou hast that is dying.

His lord answered and said unto him, thou wicked and slotful. Slotful also means lazy servant. Thou kneest that I reap where I sow not, and gather where I have not stro. Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money in the exchanges and then at my coming I should have received my own with usery. Basically user is interest. The one that had the one talent should have at least invested it somewhere where interest was going to be growing growing where at least over time when his master came back what was given to him would at least grew a certain amount because God is in the business of growth not in the

business of stagnation. Verse 28. Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which had 10 talents. talents. For unto everyone that had shall be given, and he shall have abundance, but from him that had not shall be taken away even that which he had. So to those of us who decide, hey man, I'm just going to hold on to this thing that God has given me. I'm going to hold on to the silver and gold. He says to those who are holding on, even what you have eventually is going to be taken away from you. I'm going to give it to that the one that does have.

And I want y'all to see a scripture in Ecclesiastes that actually echoes this statement. And it's it's in Ecclesiastes chapter 2. Check this out. Ecclesiastes chapter 2. All right, check the verse 26 out. It says this, "For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight, wisdom and knowledge knowledge and joy, but to the sinner he giveth travail to gather and to heap up that he may give to him that is good before God." So this man in Matthew's 25 that was receive one talent. He buried it.

And eventually what's going to end up happening that thing that he buried, God's just going to cause him to give it to somebody else that can actually be fruitful with what was given and what was entrusted. And I read this scripture because because the Lord showed me that way way you kind of have been operating like the individual with one talent. You've you've taken what I've given you financially financially and you've tried to bury it. You weren't you weren't a good steward.

I know you you thought you were trying to invest it, but the reason why you've never had any of it is because you haven't been a good wise manager over what I've entrusted you with. And I had to actually go to God and I had to ask God. And I said, "Lord, man, I I want to apologize because this is one area of my life that's been so difficult from time time and time again. It's just been so tough.

It always felt like, man, finances ain't never been there." And he had to show me, Michael, I've given you more than you think you have, but I I need you to realize that the area that you need help working on is how to manage what I've given you. And the best way to manage what I've given you is first and foremost, come to me. Ask for wisdom on what to do. You've been using what I've given you for your own things, and it hasn't yielded much in return. So, the Lord has showed me something this season with going back and doing deliveries.

He's shown me how to take what I'm getting and what to put to the side. How to take what I'm actually getting and what to actually invest in. How to take what I'm getting and surrender it before him and ask him for the wisdom on truly where to put everything. And as he was speaking to me first about the financial aspect, he made me recognize the other aspect of, hey, I want you to feed my sheep and I've given you gifts to utilize as well too. Right? So he who is faithful in the least will also be faithful in much.

This is not just a financial principle, but this is a principle for all these other areas in in your life. Michael, I need you to be disciplined in these areas that you may struggle with right now. It's it simply comes down to a practicality of discipline. You've prayed and you've casted out the spirit. It's no longer that in which is holding you back. It's now your practicality. the very thing that I'm calling you to do in order to exercise your faith. It's it's my part now. It's my turn.

And he reminded me that although I'm asking for all of these great things, he had to remind me, Michael, what are you doing right now to manage what you have? How are you managing what I've given you so far? Can we start here? I know you're trying to go there, but I'm not going to give you more than you can handle. This is what the scripture says. So, if God is not going to give us more than we can handle, then all the things that I'm asking for tomorrow, tomorrow, being overwhelmed right now is a contradiction. contradiction.

If a if if I'm speaking to a God that truly loves me, he's not going to give me the car keys before I can actually drive the vehicle. He's not going to give me the mortgage before I can pay the apartment rent. He's not going to give me the spouse before I show an ability to truly love him. The world can have it like that. But Michael, you asked for a godly woman, right? That's who you're married to. So, I need to make you a kingdom man. I need to make you one that is so on fire for this intimate relationship with me. me.

And at that point, when I deem that you're ready, I'm going to deliver her to you like a package at Amazon. But I need you to be faithful in the little little so that I can keep making you a ruler over much. And what I realized is what God does, he gives us things. And every single thing that he gives us, he gives us this free will. All right, here you go. Now, the next step is what are you going to do with this?
