my leaders my leaders thank you for joining this video today literally I've been looking for you I've been waiting for you and I've been excited to get back on if y'all have noticed the platform it's been about a few days man it's been about it's been about a week since I've been back on this platform it feels like forever it feels like forever it's been a long long time coming and I know come on I know A Change Is Gonna Come in this video and so my leaders um I want y'all to Bow your heads with me as we pray and for those who are just now joining me uh

my name is Mike J on your Cham I'm a certified life coach I'm your internet Pastor just holding you off Monday through Friday until you get to your actual local church and your local congregation and so my leaders before we begin this message let's bow our heads dear Lord heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ father God I thank you right now for this moment for this hour where you allow my leader I don't know where they're from what part of the globe they're watching this video from but I thank you for allowing them to tune in to this message I believe that this is the right time

I believe that this is the perfect time for them to hear this message Lord God you want to pour something in into this leader right now father and I pray that you decrease me but increase me in using me use me to vestle this word Lord I'm praying that they will be confident after this I pray that they will know what their assignment is I pray that they will realize how special they are after this message Heavenly Father Lord I'm praying that you will prepare their minds prepare their soil so when I give this word today and we read out of your Bible Bible the true gospel the truth that

you will give them a 30 increase 60 increase 100-fold increase Lord God give them a word that they can run with today and father if they came on this video with any burdens I don't know if this individual has been burdened I don't know if there's something that's been heavy on their hearts god father I just pray that you will cover them and you will bless them and you will allow them to cast their burdens on you father I release the anxiety father I release the depression father God I release the insecurity right now we give it to you in Jesus name father we just want to say thank you

for this time use me in Jesus mighty name we pray amen amen my leita I believe you're on this video for a specific reason I'm talking to you I ain't talking to nobody else if you made it this far 3 minutes in in I want you to stay a little bit longer okay because I'm tasked with the authority and responsibility to show you your own authority you are called this season to stand where you are insecure you have been chosen and picked out to move with a sense of power in the place where you feel weak you have been assigned a responsibility in a place where you feel there's there's

ignorance you are being looked at by God the father in a Heavenly way versus how your flesh may be looking at yourself versus The Whispers of the enemy if you're watching this video today I need you to know something a few things you may be in a season where you just feel feel like you are inadequate you are incapable of actually moving forward towards what God is calling you to do and I want you to open up to the Book of Judges chapter 6 we're going to read a few verses starting from 11 on down to 16 okay and I want to read this scripture and then I want to

break some things down because the Lord has been dealing with me in judges and he's been showing me that Michael Ja on cherine I'm calling you to do things this season that you may not even realize you're capable of doing but you've been trying to do all these other things because you feel like you supposed to go left when I'm telling you to go straight and then when something shiny comes up ah you trying to go right I still trying to make you go straight I'm trying to make your crooked way straight so this video right now is to show you how God sees you even though you got a

past you got a history and you have yet to truly see who your identity is I want you to open up to Judges chapter 6 and this is about Gideon many of y'all Bible readers know about Gideon but it's not how much we know it's how much are we applying what we we know often times it's just about repetition we got to keep getting in the same word the same message until we finally get it and we finally understand Gideon is one of the judges that God brings brings up to deliver the people out of the hands of the enemy our leader has passed away okay Moses is gone Joshua

is gone and now that Joshua is is gone God is growing judges to deliver his people because his people are going astray they're following false gods lowercase G idol worship that's what they're doing they're doing rituals that's what they're doing they're stuck in demonic transes The Jezebel spirit has taken them them over they are participating in adultery and whoredom they have forsaken the true living God for the idols of this world they get to a point where now due to a seven years of Oppression God delivers them into the hands of the midianites and as they get delivered into the hands of the midianites they finally because of the oppression

they call out to God I want to take us to an address how do we know in uh judges 6: 6 it reads and the Israel were greatly impoverished because of the midianites and the children of Israel Cried unto the Lord this is a reoccurring theme that you see in this book the children of Israel CED unto the Lord the first judge that came was O Neil o Neil was brought up you get Ed Hood was brought up you get shamgar you get uh dorah Jael all these individuals who come to help and SA save the children of Israel but when they their time goes the children of Israel begin

backsliding and God has to raise someone up and in my past video I know was a bit long like 45 minutes okay I know it may be too intense for some of y'all but it's one of my favorite videos that I've ever made of all time because I know it's going to pour into you if you haven't watched my last bible study on judges please watch that video after this one it's going to speak to you now here it is though here's the thing about these judges here's the thing about you and I we're like Gideon every last one of of us we're like Gideon because the call that God

has designed you for is so great that there's no way truly without false confidence without walking in Pride there's no way when God has called you to something that immediately you can just think that n you capable of doing this oh yeah yeah I got this wrapped in the B if you feel like you just got this thing wrapped in a bag and you could you just came out the womb with the ability to do what God has called you to do you may not have the right perspective on just how big the task is that God is calling you to do it's huge it's a huge responsibility that there's

no way you can really succeed in do this thing without you understanding that you and I we both need the Holy Ghost we need the Holy Spirit we can't do it without the Holy Spirit and so here goes Gideon I love Gideon because Gideon he speaks about his insecurities he speaks about the fact that God I you know where I grew up do you know how poor I am do you know how weak I am ain't no way you call somebody like me matter of fact I got 10 different people in my context list that I know they are better suited better positioned better equipped to do what you're calling

me to do I'm going to pass the ball to them but God is telling Gideon I'm with you and I need to use you I need to use you as we know Christ is the author and the finisher of our faith and so if he's chosen you specifically ly you the one baby you the one baby if I was on stage I would have you repeat what me say this I'm the one baby say it with me on the count of three one two three I'm the one baby and this is not a prideful thing this is not an arrogant thing this is a beautiful beautiful thing because up until

that point Gideon didn't know he was the chosen one so we're going to read Judges chapter 6 we're going to start on verse 11 we're going to read down to 16 we're going to stop and we going to take a water break y'all going to meet me in the next video tomorrow so look we going to read and there came an angel I'm read out of KJV and there came an angel of the Lord and sat under an oak tree which was an orphan that pertained unto joash the ebis right and his son G thres Wheat by the wine press to hide it from the midianites and the angel of

the Lord appeared unto him and said unto him the Lord is with thee thou Mighty Man of Valor and Gideon said unto him oh my Lord if the Lord be with us why then is all this befalling us and where be all his miracles which our fathers told us of saying did not the Lord bring us up out from Egypt but now the Lord have forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the midianites and the Lord looked upon him and said go and this thy might and thou shalt save Israel from the hand of the midianites have not I sent thee and he said unto him oh my

Lord where with shall I save Israel behold my family is poor in manasse and I am the least in my father's house dear Lord my family is poor and out of this poor family I am the least of them what are you talking about what are you talking about Lord and the thing is as we read this text I want to point a few things out okay the angel of the Lord appeared to him this is verse 20 and said to him and said unto him the Lord is with thee one thing that we want God to be is with us in all we do Gideon is getting confirmation that

not only is the Lord with him this is how God sees Gideon who thinks he's poor in the least he sees them like this thou Mighty Man of of Valen let's read that again in verse 12 it says Thou Mighty Man of Valor now when we look at this word Valor in Hebrew it's Shel it means strength okay it means power and it means ability okay in Warfare so strength power ability God sees this God individual who's poor quote unquote in the world who is weak in the least of them mighty which strength strength therefore when God is with us he sees us as the completed version he sees us

as the finished product he sees us as who we're to become and he sees us as the one who has the ability the one who is capable to do what he's calling us to do he don't see our weaknesses he doesn't see the insecurities he understands our humanality our human mindset we tend to feel weak and many times he tells us in the Bible fear not do not be afraid or dismayed if God declares who you are a mighty man of Valor a a mighty woman of Valor that's exactly who you are you are powerful oh but I have all these weaknesses I keep falling short man I I'm still

suffering with addictions brother you don't understand how bad I had to repent the other day man you don't understand I ain't forgiving myself from the past man you don't understand I ain't never had nothing I ain't never been nothing I don't never get no accolades I don't ever win no Awards I don't get nothing you don't understand nobody talks good about me in this life nobody has nothing good to say my reputation matter of fact you should see my reputation so our reality and our past experiences often times we allow it to dictate Who We Are well once again as we're Believers in Jesus Christ we are being perfected each

and every day and as we're being perfected each and every day we have to realize that hey we're not going to ever be as perfect as we need to be until we see our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and he calls us back home to the kingdom of God we have to realize that all even the ones you look up to fall short of the glory of God and many of your leaders will have the same thing to say they sound like Gideon if you talk to them behind closed doors one onone they'll tell you hey I got this platform but I don't always feel feel like I'm the one

that should have had this platform I was just a open willing vessel and the Lord says something very specific on verse 16 he says this and the Lord said unto him surely I will be with them so a confirmation and he said and thou shalt Smite the midianites as one man he didn't say thou shalt Smite the midianites as a group even though groups are V I say groups are vate even though groups are great teamwork is everything armies are powerful and necessary but right now what God wants Gideon to recognize is that even as one man if you are doing this thing with me you are Mighty you are

powerful beyond your comprehension because the word says his ways are greater than all ways his thoughts are higher than our thoughts so believer who's watching this video right now I need you to understand a key principle Gideon felt the same way but was chosen to be a judge for the children of Israel he was chosen to bring about Deliverance he was chosen as a type of Christ to be a savior for the people God could have chose one of the kings of that time you could have chose somebody who was Rich at the time and I often found myself relating to this because my leaders as making this video I

ain't got a lot of money I don't got a lot of income I don't got a lot of material wealth material possession at this point in time but what the Lord had me doing one of the reasons why I was off this week was God had me instead of preaching he he got on me he said hey like you're not just going to be teaching and preaching I need you out there in the streets and I need you serving so what he had me do was on Friday he had me get some food make some food get it together and as I'm getting food making the food I went out

into the streets and I was able to serve the homeless okay and as I'm serving him God is he giving me downloads of what needs to be happening me and my wife and I officially started our nonprofit at the secretary estate God's G gift Global all right you'll be hearing more about this nonprofit which is once CE again to serve the community those who are in need gather resources that may not even be our own resources but resources of anybody who's willing to help right and give to those who need to feed to cook to pray for people right and God showed me you got to be I've called y'all

to do this yes it may be you it may be her y'all may start as two but as long as y'all are doing this with me it's going to be greater than you can even expect I'm going I'm going to use you all I'm going to give y'all resources that you couldn't even think y'all would ever have I'm going to use you in a mighty way to deliver the the the people that are captive to those that are poor to those that are enslaved to those that are in bondage to those that are blind I'm going to use you all and what God is just looking for is willing vessels

my leaders as you're watching this video one thing I just want you to say in your heart is that Lord you use me I'm a willing vessel and as long as you can say Lord use me I'm a willing vessel I guarantee you you're going to be used by Jesus Christ he wants you to be his hands and his his feet so this video is a reminder not to think that you got to feel powerful you ain't got to feel powerful you ain't got to feel powerful you have the power that's within you which is from the Holy Spirit that is our strength that is our power and you've been

chosen regardless of your feelings regardless of your past my leader so I want you to take this video and I truly want you to run with this and I want you to just know that this is confirmation once again that you have been called and God is calling you and he wants to use you my leader please do me a favor share this video with at least least one person who you know have been called but feels like they also too don't have the resources they're from a poor background they ain't never been called Nothing worthy share this video with them please let me be the mouthpiece to just confirm

they going to feel it if the Lord is speaking through me they're going to feel this video and understand that dang I didn't know that this was even in the word like I ain't I didn't know that hey I didn't know this and that's what I'm here for my leader so please if you hear the voice of the Lord today understand like Gideon God is not choosing you based on your worldly success he's choosing you because he's already written and predestined who you would to become and why you were to be born he raised up these judges and he's raising up you and he's raising up me I'm still asking

to this day God use me even even even though I don't feel completely ready God is just keeps using me he keeps pushing me forward so my leaders just know that I love y'all okay I love y'all and one of the things I'm going to share this with y'all before I go is you know there's been a few people that have recently picked up my book pick up your Callum this caller fith principles for overcoming depression by this book specifically it connects with Gideon the reason why I connects with Gideon because I created this book to help coach those people that were simply the people that my clients those that

I was looking to help it's not just a book but it's a manuscript every chapter has reflection questions five reflection questions and Leadership challenges this book isn't isn't it's an active book it's it's proactive and so I want to help you realize even in this book to it coincides with the Bible there scriptures that help you get into this Bible so that you can know as well too even if you feel like Gideon you are called and this book is to help you see that as well too what your calling is if you feel like you don't know what your calling is you don't know what direction you in you

feel like you lost and you've been drifting or something you know what I mean you don't know where you at right now I need you to pick this bck up you're going to spend the money on something else anyway this month why not invest in yourself and spend it on something that's actually going to impact you in a valuable way and if not for you help somebody else get this as well okay my biggest goal this year is that more of us realize that even though we don't feel ready n you ready even though I don't always feel ready for these videos God is using me in a mighty way

and I actually he keeps using me so my leader just know that God loves you and we need you to be the best version of your so we need you I don't know what it looks like when you start to do what God is calling you to do it's going to look way greater than what I'm doing I'm going tell you that right now this is just my mission as a life coach my mission as a pastor is to encourage you and equip you it's ain't about me bragging about myself if I don't got leaders like yourself going out into the world helping folks serving people doing the the the

things that the Holy Ghost is prompting you to do then I ain't doing a good job so understand God wants to use you like Gideon and it's very important that God uses you because I'm telling you what the Lord has for you you just start walking in that direction just start walking and you going to start seeing things open up you going to start seeing a world that you didn't even whoa how do I get this opportunity how did I help this person you're not going to feel like like you even doing something you're not even going to feel like you saying something it don't matter about how you feel

the holy spirit is the only one that truly saves lives the Holy Ghost is the only one that truly draws people towards Jesus Christ it's the Lord that does it we're just vessels okay so my leaders I just want y'all to know that I love you let's pray dear Lord heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ father God we just want to say thank you right now for this word that's in the Bible Lord about Gideon and how from a poor tribe of Manas Lord you called him somebody great even though he felt inadequate he felt like he was theeast Lord God that's what he felt like but

Lord I'm praying that this leader understands that if we're going to be the greatest we must become the least we must become the servant Lord and I'm praying that this leader watching this video will begin to serve serve in ways that they didn't realize that they could serve serve in ways that may be small it may be little it may be Minister schu but those small things because it's you heavenly father that is going before them it's going to do so much to deliver your people God I just pray that after this video they remember that it's you that's using them and that if they're using you it's the same

God that raised Jesus Christ from the dead that same power it dwells within us and you want us to be your hands and you want us to be your feet I know it sounds hard to believe believe that you said that Greater Works will we do than you but Lord you meant that when you said that and you sent us the helper the holy spirit so father God Empower us after this video Empower us to go out and serve in a mighty way this week Lord God we believe that you are guiding us Lord Jesus we confess with our mouth that you are Lord and we believe in our heart
