You Won’t Always FEEL The Presence of The Holy Spirit But GOD Is Still at Work | OBEDIENCE IS KEY

[Music] [Music] hallelujah hallelujah hallelujah my leader thank you thank you thank you for tuning in once again it's a pleasure to have you my leader I'm excited today cuz this is going to be a quick word but I got to share this with you all and I'm going to just start and I'm going to get right into it if this is your first time joining this platform this is the home of some of the toughest leaders on the planet you're part of a community where we glor glorify Jesus Christ many leaders in this platform they're running through brick walls right and the reason they're running through brick walls is because

of the testimonials things that God has done for them when we speak about God on this platform we're speaking about Jesus Christ he gets the glory today I want to talk to you about a proverb okay because the spirit has been speaking to me today specifically about understanding more of what it feels like when the Holy Ghost is speaking to you all right and I've been reading the book I was reading a book today and one of the books I'm reading by this phenomenal soul is by Andrew Murray okay it's called the spirit of Christ and his biggest aim is for us to understand deeper what it means to be

in Union with the Holy Ghost like the power that we actually have that's been gifted To Us by Jesus Christ and one of the things today in chapter 89 and 10 that really struck me was this idea that we always need to feel like we feel the Holy Ghost as Believers we can get caught up in needing to feel like God's presence is there needing to feel like the holy spirit is using me and giving me the words to pray needing to feel once again is this this idea feeling and although there's times when we get into that space I got individuals that come to me and they're like like

Michael coach J I don't feel like I feel God's presence like I don't I don't feel like I feel him you know what I mean I don't feel like maybe he's distant maybe the holy spirit is not in Me Maybe maybe I did some grave sin and I've repented but I feel like he's gone from me man what's what's going on here and if that's you I want to answer your questions okay there are times when I may be giving a word to you all and I feel like yo I'm pumped up right I'm fired up I got the knowledge I've done my research I've done my Bible study I've

done all of those things and then the Lord rebukes me and reminds me Michael before you even begin this word word okay I need you to recognize something is this from you or is this from me I know I know I've given you this Revelation I know you got this wisdom I know you've been spending time but is this word that you're about to give from you or is it from me and I'm like God what you talking about I'm just reading your word right but I will not called you to speak on this platform for you're in a stage where those who worship God during these times are going

to worship God in spirit and they're going to worship God in truth but God you know I got the preparation for this message you know I feel like I'm ready to give this one this is the one and when I give this one they going to receive this no no no no no no no they're going to worship in spirit they're going to worship in truth so there's time where I feel like yo when I'm giving yall the word the Holy Spirit would just shift it and he'll change it and I'm like l i don't even know if they going to feel that one but that's the one that God

was calling me to do and so my leaders here's the thing you don't always have to feel like God is calling you to do something in that moment you don't have to feel it you may not because it may not be there because right now we got to understand in Acts it talks about they don't have no confidence in the flesh and there's a confidence there's a pump upness that we can get there's a pride that we can get in the flesh that it just tends to lead us astray because the flesh is against the spirit and the spirit is against the Flesh and if we're just solely moved by

feelings you got to understand feelings is connected with your flesh it's connected with your soul when you constantly just have to feel feel something in order to do something you are more likely to be out of the will of God than you are to be inside the will of God cuz then that means all Satan has to do is be crafty enough to continuously get you to move by your emotions and we're not moved just by our emotions the spirit of God is beyond our emotions this this is the only way that we can be angry yet sin not this is the only way that we can be tempted yet

not go towards the Temptation because I feel like I need to do something lustful yeah my spirit is telling me no I feel like I got to go hit that person in the face yet the spirit is telling me no I feel like my tongue needs to curse that person out and that feeling is probably rightfully Justified but the spirit of the Living God is telling me no I feel like I should not still be in that that position but the spirit of Christ is telling you yeah stay in that position for a few extra days a few extra months okay I feel like I need to get even with

the spirit of Christ Is Telling Me No vengeance is mine not yours we can't just be totally moved off of our emotions and off of our feelings when it comes to this walk with Christ Jesus the Holy Ghost the holy spirit that dwells within you is beyond that and what we got to begin to do more of is going to God In Prayer going to God in fasting one of the quickest ways to continuously experience the power of God is through a fast because the fast is literally putting your flesh into submission when you put your flesh into submission you open yourself up to the spiritual now when you're fasting

I want to I want to warn you once again you're opening yourself up to the spirit realm so you don't just want to fast and not eat food and be open in the spirit realm you will be getting yourself attacked if you're you're not constantly in prayer talking to J talking to God in your word seeking him and when you're in that space when I'm in fasting I'm always reminded that how although I feel like I'm hungry when I feed myself with the word and I feed myself in prayer and I feed myself with serving others yeah ministering to somebody on the phone going out into the street maybe feeding

or praying for somebody or just helping and serving doing what I can for somebody else I realize that I'm filled with fuel I'm filled with power I'm filled with strength like right now for instance I was about to go to the crib because I said Lord I got to go get my jacket I'm so cold right now and he was giving me this message I'm like oh you about to go in your feelings it's wise that I get a jacket I'm cold all right I don't want to get sick but here's the deal God is using this moment for me as a representation of what he's speaking about because ironically

the moment I started to speak to you all my body developed a sense of warmth that surpasses my understanding I'm not as cold as I was I feel warm because I'm serving you and I'm doing what God is calling me to do right now and so my leader this verse right here Proverbs 3:5 trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own own understanding in all thy ways acknowledge Him and He Shall direct thy paths in all your ways even down to the little things acknowledge God and he will direct your path it's not about about your feeling my my leader okay it's about remaining

obedient and many times in the word what you're going to see is these great prophets that have been called by God sometimes when they were called to deliver a message that they did not want to deliver they didn't feel like doing it but it was the act of obedience I just want to be obedient that's it if that's what it means to line up with God and to be walking in his steps forget how I'm feeling and in my book pick up your calling this calling I have a chapter on this that's called your feelings don't matter My Le I didn't know I was going to pick up a call

to be a m a pastor I didn't feel like doing it I didn't feel like being disliked I didn't feel like going through what they go through but it's a part of my calling so I'mma pick that thing up whether I feel like it or not pick your call up whether you feel like it or not my leader the feeling that you need to feel the Holy Spirit every single time you just may not feel it but it does not mean that he's not there cuz the word says that he'll never leave you nor forsake you the same God that the message that we saw we spoke about prior to

this he never sleeps nor Slumbers all right he's attentive to your prayers he sees what you're going through you may not feel him for whatever reason but he's there and holy spirit is always moving according to God's will all all right heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Lord Jesus we give you all the glory right now we give you the praise we give you the honor you are worthy to be praised Jesus Christ father we thank you for this word today not to lean on our own understanding and not to just always have to feel like we're in the right steps like it's a spirit of perfectionism

that we're walking with right now it's a Spirit of the flesh we want to just feel like we're doing everything right in this time we just don't feel like we're doing everything right in fact most of us when we accepted you as our Lord and savior we we really just truly believe all the way we just had a we had a must seed a must Seed Faith Jesus Christ but your word says in Romans 10:9 that if we confess with our mouth and we believe in our heart that you die for our sins you were you died and you Rose Hallelujah that if we believe Believe In The Name of

Jesus that we'll be saved many of us didn't feel like we just truly believe but we took a leap of faith so God I thank you right now in this time that you're just teaching us to just still have faith even when we don't feel you to still have faith in you even when we don't see you to feel have faith in you even if we feel like is he far from me am I doing this perfectly God lord teach us just how to have faith in you that you're always doing what you said you going to do and you're always leading us towards the correct path even if we

don't understand it completely your word says to not lean on our own understanding so God we thank you for this timely word we thank you for this timely reminder and we trust you with all our hearts moving forward Our Lives will never be the same because we're recommitting back to just trusting the spirit and that's it we trust you Jesus we love you Jesus we thank you for this moment we thank you for this word in Jesus mighty name we pray amen amen amen I love you my leaders but Jesus Christ loves you more we are
