Hallelujah. That's it. My leader, you're inside a store and there's nothing but clothes arrayed around the building and you're intrigued by what you're seeing. seeing. There's a portion of you that wants to go around touch every single item and instead of choosing what you know in your spirit of who you become in Christ that God wants you to choose. You you you kind of want to look around and get the clothes and the garments that everybody else is wearing right now in the world. You want to get the popular items. You want to get the trendy items. And so there's a voice speaking to you. Get the trendy items.

Get the popular items. items. But there's another voice speaking to you, telling you, do not be fashioned like the world. My leaders, today the Lord gave me two scripture that we're going to read in Romans 1 and Romans chapter 12 rather and it's verse one and verse two. And the reason I present this beginning intro is because the Lord spoke to me today today through the scriptures. Do not be fashioned like the world. What do you mean don't be fashioned like the world? Well, let me let let me explain this to you. I believe this is a word for you that's right on time right now.

So, heavenly father, Lord, we come into agreement right now with what your word is going to reveal to us today. And we ask that you would speak to us right now. And Lord, give us the ability to receive this word and be transformed and be renewed, heavenly father, in our mind today. Father, use me right now to speak to your leader the way that you would have me speak to your leader. No longer, no shorter, just right, perfect. Let me walk according to your will in this message.

And Father, as I read this word and just simply reading this word alone, I pray that it supernaturally convicts someone and it touches them and it brings an inspiration, Lord, for change. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Somebody needs this message. And Father, I pray that you will speak to that message. Even if it's one out of the 99, speak to this person today, Lord God. We love you. We thank you. And we're ready for what you're about to do right now in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

My leaders, my leader, I want to dance and say, "My leader, my leader, my leader, my leader." I want you to open up to Romans 12 1 and 2. I'm going to start reading and I'm going to break some few things down. Okay? Okay? Paul is speaking right now and he's he's saying a very practical thing when it comes to our worship to God, what that worship is, how to please God here. And he's speaking something that's very practical. And these first two verses are profound. I'm going start by one, explain a few things, then I'm going to go to verse two. and we're going to wrap it up.

This is a quick word today. He says, "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God that you present yourself, your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." I began to study sacrifices in the past. And today this word sacrifice, I've been reminded that sacrifices in the Bible were were animals animals that were slain on an altar for the sins of people like you and I. That's what sacrifices were before Jesus Christ. Thank you Holy Spirit paid the ultimate sacrifice and he was slave for the sins of you and I.

Here Paul is speaking again and he's saying for us as Jesus did present our bodies as a living sacrifice. sacrifice. Meaning that we need to present our bodies as though it were slain like an animal on an altar. Present our bodies as though it was crucified like Jesus who was holding the cross, nailed to the cross. Present our bodies as a slain animal on the altar to God. And I'mma break that down. Holy. By doing this, it is holy. The word holy means set apart and acceptable unto God which is your reasonable service.

Reasonable is the Greek word logicos which means this is your logical this is your this is your rational service. That word service in Greek is pronounced latia and latria actually means worship. By me presenting my body as a slain animal on an altar to God. This is a practical act of worship. To slay my body. What does it mean to slay that body? Well, it's to give your whole self. This is our mind. This is our body. Okay. These are the things like our gifts. I'm slaying my desires. I'm giving everything that I have to God. When that animal is slaying it, it it can't do nothing. It's It's dead.

dead. When I slay and I crucify my flesh, my flesh has no power. It has no authority over me. Meaning Meaning when I give my will, when I give my body, when I give my desires, when I give my time, when I give my gift, when I give everything in which I have a certain aspect of power and possession unto God on the altar, I am legitimately doing a reasonable service. I'm worshiping God. I'm worshiping God in my actions. I'm worshiping God in my behavior. My behaviors are worship unto God. God.

And then verse two reads, "And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable acceptable and perfect will of God." That word conformed. Hallelujah. The word conformed means in Greek to be fashioned alike. In the beginning, I opened up with if you're at a store and there's garments around you, don't pick out the garments that are going to have you to be fashioned like the world. The word be not conformed. Conformed is to be fashioned like. Meaning, do not be conformed. Don't be dressed like the world.

And this is not this is not only literally this is figuratively speaking. speaking. Do not behave as the world would behave. Do not go into a store and try to fit in garments that you were never meant to wear. wear. This is a practical thing. Why? Because now I'm crucifying my flesh. I'm worshiping God with my behaviors. And if I'm worshiping God in my behavior, I can't be conformed to the world. I can't be dressed like. I can't act like the way the world would act. Ain't no way I can act like that.

If the Holy Spirit is in me, if I'm really worshiping God, if I'm really surrendered to Jesus Christ, he's going to change this. And the only way that I know if I'm fashioned like the world or if I'm not fashioned like the world is by the renewing of the mind with the word of God, the word of truth. The word of truth is what renews our mind. And when our mind is renewed, here's what it says. It says, "This is how that we may prove. I prove what is good by the word of God, by the word of truth.

I prove what is acceptable by the word of truth." And think about this. The moment I prove what is acceptable and the moment I prove what it is that God actually wants me to wear, how he actually wants me to behave, how he actually wants me to act, the Bible says this, this, this is the perfect will of God. This Bible shows you how to prove what's acceptable, how to prove what's perfect, and how to prove what's acceptable. And when I am walking in that wheel, I'm actually walking in perfection.

And we may think about, hey man, I've been walking in God's will, but there's there's still all these quote unquote what seems as imperfections happening in my life right now. I can't be walking according to God's will. I want to challenge you and say that you probably actually are because we are not walking God's will in a way that is not going to present its trials and its tribulations and afflictions. We know this is because this is the same thing Jesus Christ told the disciples. You will be tried for my name's sake. And we also know that through the furnace of affliction is by way that God actually prunes us.

And the word says in Hebrews that since we are pruned and if we weren't pruned, we would be bastards. But the word says no, what father does not discipline his son? A loving father disciplines his son. A loving father chastises his son. And as we are the heirs connected to the vine, there's pruning. I don't know about you, but a pruning process is a sharp process. It's something that cuts. Many of us are being pruned. There's things that are growing that God has to prune and it don't feel too good. But it does not mean that you are not walking according to God.

My leaders, do not be fashioned like the world. world. Don't allow your circumstance right now to say, "Hey man, I don't know if I could do this. I don't know if I could walk according to your will right now. I think I'm going to start conforming. I think I'm going to start conforming because at least if I conform, life will be a little bit better. I won't have to go through this trial. I won't have to go through this this this tribulation." And you may be correct. You may absolutely be spot on, but there's a consequence from walking away of the faith. There's a consequence.

In Ecclesiastes, one of the things about pleasing God that he gives us is to those that are pleasing in God's sight, he gives to those he gives wisdom, knowledge, and he bring he gives joy. He brings wisdom, knowledge and joy. I need the wisdom. I need the wisdom. I need the knowledge. I need I need the application application of knowledge which is wisdom to be able to execute the things I need to execute to be able to do the things that God the Father actually wants me to do. I need the wisdom on what it looks like to please him. I need understanding right now.

And I definitely need my joy because the joy of the Lord is my strength. And if I lose my joy, if I lose my happiness, if I lose that, what do I really have? My leaders, present your bodies as a living sacrifice. sacrifice. My biggest prayer is to keep, Lord, let me slay my flesh. It doesn't mean go out and legitimately slay your flesh. This means like as a living, it means you still alive. You're living and you're choosing intentionality when it comes to crucifying your flesh. You're choosing that, hey, I ain't going to let the devil's devil's will control me.

I'm not going to let the things of the enemy control me. I'm not going to let my emotions take me over. I'm not going to let my lust take me over. I'm not going to let my addictions take me over. I'm not going to let that I'm not going to let anxiety take me over. I'm not going to let thinking too much about tomorrow take me over. I'm not going to let fear take me over. I'm going to slay this flesh.

I'm going to present it at the altar and I'm saying, "Father, not my will, but let your will be done." I'm going to go into the store and when I see all these other garments that look nice that I could be wearing, all these other things that I could be doing, I'm not going to say, "Hey, God, I don't like the garments you have me dressed in. I don't like the lot that you chosen for me. I'm about to go choose the things that everybody else is choosing because it seems to be getting better results. They seem to be wearing those garments and getting better attention. They getting more attention.

They getting the doors that are open up for them. I'm about to start conforming here. I'm about to start fitting in. I kind of like the garments they wearing to begin with. No, my leader, you understand that you have been bought at a price. And God considers you friends. He considers you children. He considers you sons and daughters. He considers you heirs. And so we are hes. And in fact, because we are heirs, everything we could ever want is already been granted to us. We have the access. And what the Lord is trying to let us know is Paul is Paul's penny. Don't lose your access. Don't lose your access.

Don't lose your favor. Don't lose the blessing of the Lord. It says weary not in welloing. Why? Because there's a reward at the end of this world. So my reminder today, my leader, is to for us, you and I, I'm speaking slay this flesh, presenting as a living sacrifice unto God. And in doing so, practically each and every single day, this is worship. It ain't just worship when I got the worship music on. It ain't just worship when I'm on my knees and I'm praying the eye, but I'm praying throughout the day without ceasing. is also worship in my behavior. behavior. My body gives me the ability to worship.

My actions are worship to God. My behavior is a worship unto God. Hallelujah. It ain't just a shout. It's an action. It's not just my faith, but actually my works also an action that I worship unto God. God. And I want y'all to sit and think about this. this. The next time you go into a store and you're in a season where there's so many different garments around you, I want you to choose not to be fashion like conformed to the ways of this world. And I want you to bring a moment of pause into your life.

And as you stare upon the horizon of different clothing and cloth, I want you to go to God and ask the Lord, Lord, how would you want me to be fashioned like? And I guarantee you the Lord is going to say, be not fashioned like the world. Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Lord, we just want to say thank you for this time. Thank you for this hour. Thank you for your word. Thank you for this Romans 12:1 and2. Lord, show us continuously how not to be conformed to the ways of this world. Show us how to walk into your truth.

Father, show us how to walk and show us how to dress. Heavenly Father, show us what to wear that is fitting to you. Heavenly Father, show us how to be a living sacrifice, a slain animal on the altar of God. Show us how to do these things, Lord. Show us how to crucify the flesh. Give us the power we need to crucify the flesh. Give us the discernment we need if we're walking in the flesh. Father, we need your joy. We need your wisdom. We need your knowledge, heavenly father, on how to do it. And we thank you that this word has the knowledge. Now, we need the wisdom.

We need the ability to apply what we're learning. So, Father, right now, I cover my leader that's watching this video, that's listening to this video, and I just pray that you give them the strength to worship you in their behavior from this day forward. Let their bodies be a living sacrifice. And let them have the strength not to be outfitted and conformed to the ways of this world. We thank you for hearing our prayer. We thank you for the strength that's about to move forward right now. We thank you for the correction today. And we just want to say aba, we love you and we thank you.

It's in Jesus mighty name that we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. My leaders, I love you, but Jesus Christ loves you more. We out.
