in the mighty name of Jesus Christ father we magnify your name right now we magnify the name of Jesus we give you the glory we give you the honor we give you the praise right here right now Lord we thank you for your guidance we thank you for your love we thank you for this breath in our lungs God we even thank you for the opportunity that you've given us today to just experience life to Worship You Lord God we thank you that even in our weakness on days where we're weak your grace is sufficient your strength is made known God we thank you for your covering Lord Jesus we

thank you for the peace that surpasses our own understanding Lord I want to bless this leader right now that's watching this video bless them as they hear this word as I plant the seed and ready their soil Jesus Christ Lord I don't know what they may be experiencing I don't know where they may be going Lord and you may have directed them in a different way than what they thought they were supposed to be directed in but Lord let them realize today after this message that it's all according to your will you will get the glory it will make sense so father I'm just praying for a peace to fall

on this leader today guide me use me as a vessel that I may pour into this leader today Lord we love you we we thank you and it's in Jesus mighty name that we pray amen amen amen my ladies I'm in the car today because outside right now is freezing in Texas it's cold so I told my wife hey babe I'm about to go to the car and I want to speak to my leaders real quick um and today's a special message because the title of this if I would to give this a title it would be not not according to my plans but according to my prayers okay I'm

going say that again not according to my plan but according to my prayer so before I begin this message I'm going to read this verse in Proverbs 16 I'm reading out of the KJV version and I'm reading I'm going read verse 9 and it reads A man man's heart devis it his way but the Lord directed his steps this morning and this weekend I been blessed and fortunate to go to a conference that deals with finances it's a Christian Conference okay and in this Christian Conference as they're helping us talk about finances in in generational wealth and showing us how to go from employee from self-employed business owner to eventually

investors okay doing what the wealthy do and how to bring Kingdom income the conference that I was going to that I went to today initially when I woke up today I wasn't excited to go to it okay let me tell you why I wasn't excited to go to it I wasn't excited to go to it because out of all the things that I would rather do in order to build wealth these things here were not according to my own plans okay it's something brand new different strategies different ideas different concepts things that work right but n none of the things that I saw myself actually doing okay stuff that I

wasn't used to and so when I woke up this morning I'm wondering before I even got to the conference I'm wondering I'm like man God you know can it be something else I know there's going to be great information great speakers great practices I know they're going to help us but dang Lord is this is this really it just struggling and battling because this is not what I wrote down this is not what I wrote down on my list this is not what I wrote down I wrote down that the way that I was going to make income and a good amount of income was going to be through serving

people in this way okay I have my mind set my focus locked in this has to come like this it has to be this way and one thing I know about God especially if you've been watching these past videos You see I've been in the Book of Joshua a lot is that God has unconventional ways and unconventional Strate IES to deliver wealth to his people to his children children okay and here I am I'm praying for God to bring the provision I'm praying for God to provide for me and my wife and my household I'm praying earnestly and God knows my prayers he knows the desires of my heart he

knows the needs as I'm serving as I'm preaching as I'm working hard to continuously be obedient to his word and his his commands as I'm repenting daily for sins that I may not even know I'm committing I'm just trying to be the best that I could be to follow what Jesus Christ wants me to follow so I'm praying and I know that when you pray I have to submit my will to his will the same thing Jesus says before he gets on the cross to die for you and I and our sins so that we may have eternal life father not my will but let your will be done so

as I'm wrestling this morning my mind my my face is not too happy it's not too excited and my wife could see this in my face she can see I'm not too thrilled about this she can see that I don't really see if there's going to be a benefit to us showing up to this conference and then she began to pray and then the crazy part is as I got to the conference my wife she's going to join me for the next two days so I was I was here with another brother in Christ shout out to you John as I'm there at the conference and I'm sitting amongst the

the speakers and the instructor I see how passionate he is in teaching us this information because it's it's changed his his life and as I'm there I realize once again why I'm there the reason why I'm there to get the information the reason why I'm there and was blessed with this opportunity was because I prayed for this and one thing God continues to show me is Michael there are going to be things in places that I send you that are not going to be according to how you think that this thing should look okay it's not according to your plans but according to your prayers Michael it's Proverbs 16 verse

9 a man's heart divides his ways a man's heart Michael you have devise your way and your scheme based on your strengths based on what you know you could do based on what you know you could be efficient at and yeah those ways may work and those ways may be your strength and some of them took you a while to gain as a skill so you're going to devise your way in this manner Michael you would never divise a plan and a scheme based off of areas that you're ignorant in based off of places that you don't expect to even be educated in you don't feel comfortable over there because

you don't really know too much about that territory so there's no way that even though there may be provision over here there's no way in Your Vision you would write this thing down and the only way that you would move in this area is if the Holy Ghost prompts you to move which is where we get the next part of that verse but the Lord directed his steps your flesh is battling to go where God is telling you to go because you've already devised your plan you already made up your mind that this is how things are supposed to go down this is how stuff is supposed to take place

you've already done that but the reason why you can't stop yourself from moving is because the Holy Ghost is reassuring you that this is where you're supposed to be although you're fighting there's some peace in you that this is the next step that I'm supposed to take take absolutely and as the day progressed I realize wow it's not according to my plans but according to my prayers and according to my prayers God is going to deliver me direct me in the way that he sees fit and he's giving me this information that I didn't learn in my household you know growing up we didn't talk about truly generational wealth we

didn't talk about finances like that we didn't talk about truly like budgeting we didn't really go deep you know we didn't we didn't learn learn the things that you see the wealthy understands so who's going to teach it to me I have to self-educate myself and I got to go out and I got to get the education same way we go to the university same way we pay for courses Michael I have to teach you this thing and my people perish for the lack of knowledge it's due to your ignorance that has kept you in a space where I never meant for you to stay so Michael it's not according

to your plans but according to your prayers and I've given you the gift of the Holy Ghost so that you can override this feeling that you have my leaders I had to when I got to the conference I had to begin to pray and I had to begin to worship God and I had to begin to thank the Lord that he put me in this position that he put me in this space that I'm able to receive this it was from from 900 in the morning to 6:00 in the afternoon to receive this training that's going to be 3 days information that should have cost way more but a blessing

and I'm sharing a real testimonial because there are times in our life where we're we're making these plans and the plans that we make I'm talking about they are they are sweet they satisfy the things that we know that we're capable of doing and we're comfortable doing it but when we begin to pray to the Lord and we say God Although our wrote this plan plan down not my will but let your will be done we actually begin to start moving in the correct posture my spirit began to to change I began to begin to get excited again I begin to write notes down I begin to become connected with

the speaker I begin to engage in the activities things shifted once again the holy spirit is beyond emotions our plans may be great but if you've been praying and God is Shifting you a different direction know that it's not according to your plans but according to your your prayers another verse I would like us to read is in the Book of Psalms and in Psalms 32:8 it drives this message home it reads I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way that thou shalt go I will guide thee with my eye so I will instruct thee and teach thee God is in the business of instructing you on what

to do giving you the commands and when he gives you the commands he's not a God that's going to leave you nor forsake you when he gives you commands he knows that you're not really used to he sends you to an area you're not really proficient at he has the ability to teach you you will become educated in what you don't know this year moving forward allow God to take you places you've never been and educate you in ways that only God can educate you and it says in I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which Thou shalt go and I will guide thee with mine eye

when we are in this Faith Walk With Jesus Christ one thing we got to realize is to trust him like right now as Believers we are his hands we are his feet we are his body we are called the body of Christ for a reason and through the Holy Ghost that's within you that's within me he's able to do things that are miraculous he's able to train us in a way that's phenomenal he will do what he said he's going to do in your life but it's about this this submission and I realize the reason why I had trouble this morning was I had trouble trouble submitting just ah ah

God I hear you but I don't really want to submit right now I don't really want to surrender anytime you try to fight against the Holy Ghost and you try to fight against the plans of of your father you are going to experience a a sense of lacking of Peace like something ain't right you who are believing in Jesus Christ you don't want to fight against the plans of God especially if you've been praying for the Holy Spirit like holy spirit go before me he said I will make your crcket way straight if you've been praying one thing for certain is that God is going to lead you but it

takes takes obedience it takes surrender all right and it takes trust you have got to trust and what I learned today was Michael keep trusting God even when it feels like you should be doing all these other things keep trusting trusting God all right and if you're watching this video today you made it to this point I just want to tell you keep trusting God because it's not according to your plans but it's according to your prayers God can answer your prayers in unconventional ways all right and I don't know what that is for you but today as I'm speaking about this message this is just one of many things

that God had to reveal to me me today like Let Go trust me and be obedient like Just Surrender and so I had to repent like Lord I Repent I repent for waking up and not feeling grateful for the opportunity I repent for fighting the Holy Spirit that's trying to Lead Me Away From The Crooked path and towards your way I I I repent for not allowing you to guide me and teach me Lord I trust trust you I trust you andbody if you made it this far in the video all you got to do is trust God okay he knows what you need he knows how to bring it

to you and he wants things in your life to shift you may not feel like doing it but just because you don't feel like doing it does not mean you're not supposed to do it okay my laders I just thought to share that with you this Proverbs 169 okay a a man we devise our plans but it's God okay if you're submitting to God and you're trusting God he's going to order your steps okay let's pray heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Lord father I just want to say Lord we thank you for this time we thank you for this word we thank you for this hour

God L we thank you that even though we plan our ways God you're a God that directs our steps you know how to get us exactly in the specific spot that we need to be to learn to be educated to teach to heal others to receive a word all right to do your work in your ministry and so Lord we thank you that you're the one directing us we thank you that you never leave us nor forsake us and we thank you for this new season father forgive us when we're in doubt because it's a new territory we're walking on water when we ain't never walked on water we don't

even know how to do it proficiently so forgive us when we go astray forgive us when we we get discouraged right and we're distracted father we need you even in this time we need you even more when we're entering these new territories that we've never been at we need you and we need you for the victory so God I pray over this leader right now that they will begin to trust you more that they'll begin to be obedient more Lord and that through the Holy Spirit they'll let the Holy Spirit lead them and guide them into the correct correct paths your word says that you are watching us you are

guiding us with your eyes Lord you got the greatest vantage point you see things that we can't see so Lord we just want to say thank you for even looking out for us so father we repent for any sin Lord that we we've committed we repent for running away from anything that you've called us to do Lord we submit and we surrender to you right now Jesus Christ guide us Lord lead us you have our permission use us God we just want to say we thank you ABA we love you and it's in Jesus mighty name that we pray amen amen amen my leaders I love you but Jesus Christ
