In high school, I had a I had a heart situation that stopped me from playing basketball. I would I would feel my heart like I was having heart palputations. palputations. I would get I [music] would get slow and just my breath would just the wind would be taken out of me. They had to put me on three different EKGs from three different doctors to try to find a diagnosis. I I went to different physicians. They couldn't find nothing. One tried to give me a false diagnosis of of a enlarged heart. So, I had to stop playing the game of basketball. basketball.

But it's crazy because the moment I [music] found the physician and I found Jesus Christ, hey, I I start running again. I start [music] running two miles. And after I start running two miles, I start I started trying to see if I could run four miles. And after running four miles, I started [music] seeing if I could run if I could run 10 miles. And after 10 miles, I started seeing if I could run [music] 17. Eventually, I'm running about three marathons a week. Does that sound [music] like somebody that has a heart issue? I got healed.

My leaders, ladies and gentlemen, you are now tuned in to Jazza's [music] Mike, home of the world's toughest leaders. It's a [music] pleasure to have you. If you're joining in today, one thing that you are confessing and making a declaration about is [music] that you are a leader. You're confirming that you are a leader. This platform is for you. What [music] I've come to know throughout my years of coaching is that leaders [music] need pouring into leaders need [music] to be encouraged. Leaders need to be inspired. Leaders need the motivation [music] as well too. You all carry so much burdens. You carry so much responsibilities.

[music] [music] There's so much on your plate. You're special and I love you. And God has sent me to motivate [music] and inspire faith and confidence in you to empower you to go towards [music] the calling that God has gifted you. Okay? That's why I'm here. [laughter] So, my leader, I thank you for joining. [music] [music] If you resonate with the fact that you're a leader, make sure to hit that subscribe button [music] for more content. Make sure if this video, you don't even have to like this video. I would love if you do, but I will pray that you will share it with somebody, okay?

That you will share with another leader that needs to hear this word. My lead, I got a special word for you today, okay? And the word is going to be in the book of Mark. And I'm speaking to an individual right now who has been diagnosed. diagnosed. And in this diagnosis, you tend to continue to hear this is just it. It's final. It's a final moment for you, right? There's like um you hit a wall and since you hit this wall, you feel like there's no more going like this is the end of your road right now. You've tried everything that there is to try.

You've tried every single thing, but nothing is helping you progress forward. forward. The diagnosis is still there. The situation had actually gotten far worse. Okay? And so, I want to speak to you right now because I need you to truly hold on to what I'm going to share today. I need you to stay until the end of this cuz my prayer is that you don't stay the same way you came in this video. And so I want us to open up to the book of Mark. Okay? And I want us to open up to the book of Mark.

When we open up to the book of Mark, I want you to open up to the book of Mark, chapter, let's see, we're going to be in chapter five. Okay? And I'm going to set the whole scene up. But before I set the scene up, let's enter a space where we invite the Holy Spirit. Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Father, we come together as leaders to glorify and lift up the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, we know that without your blood, without your death, without your resurrection, we would not be here right now. We thank you for your grace. We thank you for your mercy.

We thank you for the forgiveness of our sins, Father. We repent right now. If we've done anything up until this point to disrespect you, to dishonor you, Lord, and we ask that you would give us a conviction to turn, turn from our ways, Lord God, and go towards the path that you're calling us towards. Heavenly Father, I pray that you convict the leader in this video today with faith, with your love, with your mercy, that you will grant this leader a new space of hope. That's what I'm praying for. That your word says that hope deferred makes the heart sick, Lord God. So, Father, let's not be sick.

Let's have faith. Your word says that faith now faith is the substance of things hoped for and it's the evidence of things not seen. So father I just I loosen your faith Lord God and I pour fresh faith on this leader right now heavenly father that they may be ignited after this message Lord God to continue to stay hopeful. And I come against the enemy right now that's been trying to keep this leader depressed, that's been trying to keep this leader down, that's been trying to keep this leader I mean with a lack of motivation.

It just seems like the motivation just seems to be there one moment and then it's just gone. They they feel so fatigued. So, Father, I just pray that you energize my leader after today. Grant them a courage and a boldness to begin to see things they couldn't possibly see. It's not final. And so Lord, we just want to say thank you for today's word. Open up our ears to hear and allow our hearts to receive this word. In Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen. My leader, one thing about you, I'm excited to say this is that you're special. Okay? Like really, you're special special to Jesus Christ.

your love by Jesus Christ. He's thinking about you. He wants to spend special time with you. He wants to wrap his arms around you in the spirit and he wants you to know that he is there. So check this out. There is a story in the book of Mark that that is special to me. Okay? And the reason it's special to me is because once again when I read the book of Mark, I'm so fascinated fascinated by the amount of miracles that have taken place and the amount of miracles that have taken place because of faith. And I want us to read this because I'm talking.

Let's let's read the word. And I want us to read as I set this up. We're at a space where there's a man, a synagogue leader by the name of Gyrus. [snorts] [snorts] And this synagogue leader has a daughter who is not doing too well. Okay? She's on the point of dying. And Gyrus has enough faith to seek Jesus Christ for he believes that Jesus could heal his daughter who's dying. dying. And so Jesus is on the way walking with Gyrus and his disciples to go and help his daughter, his 12year-old daughter. daughter.

Now, we pause because the story is not actually about Gyrus that I want to actually touch on. I first want to touch on the woman with the issue of blood for 12 years. That's what I want us to read into when I'm reading this scripture. So, here here's what I'm going to read. I'm going to start off on verse Let's start off on verse 22. And it says, "And behold, there cometh one of the rulers of the synagogue, Gyrus by name. And when he saw him, he fell at his feet, and besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lied at the point of death. death.

I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed, and she shall live." Verse 24. And Jesus went with him, and much people followed him, and thronged him. And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood 12 years, and had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing better, but rather grew worse, when she had heard of Jesus, came into the press behind, and touched his garment.

For she said, "If I may touch but his clothes, I shall behold." And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. And Jesus immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him turned him about in the press and said, "Who touched my clothes?" Verse 31. And his disciples said unto him, "Thou seeest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, who touched me?" And he looked around about to see her that had done this thing.

But the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. And he said unto her, "Daughter, thy fate had made thee whole. Go in peace, and behold of thy plague. Now, I can go into Gyrus story, but this video will be probably an hour long. But I want to touch on a woman with the issue of blood. Okay, here it is. Jesus is on the path to go do a miracle.

He's going to bring this 12year-old girl back to life because by the time that he saw her, they mentioned she was dead, but he mentioned that she was only asleep. asleep. And on the way to do this miracle, there's a woman with the issue of blood for 12 years. But here's where this word in the KJV version kind of it stopped me. And it's this word in verse 24 of the King James version. It says throng. And Jesus went with him and much people followed him and thronged him. So I ain't never used this word throng before. I ain't never heard of it.

[laughter] [laughter] So I had to do some research on what this word means in the Greek. And it was very compelling because there's a few usages of this word throng. Okay, so let me set this up again. Jesus Jesus is going to heal Gyrus's daughter and there's this multitude and there's this crowd and check this out. This crowd thronged them. So that word thronged is is a crushing. this crowd. Think of like a concert that you've ever been to where there's just people that are just it's a tight space. It's not the most widest. Everybody's maybe bumping shoulders. It's crowded. Okay.

So, there were many people in that environment that were touching Jesus. The crowd thronged them. And so, how is it that many people were touching Jesus, Jesus, but there's one woman that touched Jesus' garment that actually got his attention. [laughter] There's one woman out of all the individuals that were bumping with Jesus, touching them. And it's so vital to understand this because here's where I got excited, man. The disciples in verse 31 before that Jesus asked, "Who touched my clothes?" When the woman touched Jesus Christ, he said immediately there was virtue that left. Okay? And the word virtue, what virtue means, okay, my leaders, is power.

When the woman touched Jesus, power left him. When other people were just bumping shoulders with him, no power left him. The disciples are so surprised. They said in verse 31, "Thou seeest the multitude thronging thee and says, "Thou who touched me?" So basically Jesus, everybody touching. We touching you. They touching you. Everybody touch you. What do you mean? You done bumped into so many different people. people. Of course, you've been touched. No, no, no, no, no, no. The woman that touched them. Let's keep reading. In verse 34, he said unto her, "Daughter, thy fate had made thee whole. Go in peace, and behold of thy plague." Plague is affliction.

Behold, this issue of blood for 12 years was an affliction. And I've described this before in another video. The word used for affliction is actually a word uh in Greek thealypsis. And this word thealpipsis is an external pressure pressure that's here to burden the soul, to crush the soul. So our afflictions are pressures that burden the soul. Okay? They burden the soul. soul. And a lot of time we're trying to find all these other ways to get rid of our afflictions, the thing that burdens the soul. And you realize nothing is taking care of the affliction. Because the affliction has to do with your soul.

>> [laughter] >> And there's only one doctor of the soul. There's only one that came and died for you and me that heals the soul. Okay? And so I'm looking at this and I'm just getting excited. All right? I'm getting excited. And the reason I'm getting so excited because it reminded me something very potent. There could be many people around you and it makes me want to go into the story of Gyrus. There's a there's a bee on my setup. He getting excited, too. Uh-uh. You ain't going to do that. You ain't going to do that, boy. I want you all to keep the word so in mind. All right.

Now, check this out. Here are the things that this woman tried to do in order to put a band-aid over the affliction of the soul. Okay. Verse Verse 26 it says, "And had suffered many things of many physicians and had spent all that she had and was nothing better, but rather grew worse. So nothing got better and all that she had spent to solve an affliction of the soul and all the physicians in which she had gone to She actually grew worse because what she was suffering was not just any mere plague. Okay? Okay? It was an affliction of the soul.

And I want to read this verse in Ephesians 2 verses 8 and 9. It reads, "For by grace you have been saved through faith and not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." Her faith is what made her whole. Her faith is what healed her. Let's get a little deeper. Okay. Okay. In Romans 5 89, it reads, "But God demonstrates his own love towards us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us, much more than having now been justified by his blood. We should be saved from wrath through him. him.

Once again, the moment she touched Jesus in faith, it was no longer her blood rushing through her veins and her body. It was the blood of Jesus Christ. She was healed by the physician. I want y'all to read this scripture here. here. James 1:21 reads, "Receive with meekness the implanted word which is able to save your souls." The word plus faith was the salvation in which she was seeking and which she needed. 1 Peter 1 8 and9 receiving the end of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

[snorts] One of the things about an affliction of the soul, when this is what's causing your burdens, when this is what's causing your pain, when this is what's causing our problems, there's no one else to run to but the one that saves souls. and that's Jesus Christ. Out of all the physicians she looked for, she only needed one physician. And it was her faith in this physician, hallelujah, that healed her. And I'm reminded of why it's so important to continue to maintain my walk with Jesus Christ. There's so much healing that has happened in my own life.

Back when I was in high school, I had a I had a heart situation that stopped me from playing basketball. I would I would feel my heart like I was having heart palputations. I would get I would get slow and just my breath would just the wind would be taken out of me. They had to put me on three different EKGs from three different doctors to try to find a diagnosis. I I went to different physicians. They couldn't find nothing. one tried to give me a false diagnosis of of a enlarged heart. So, I had to stop playing the game of basketball. basketball.

But it's crazy because the moment I found the physician and I found Jesus Christ, hey, I I start running again. I start running two miles and after I start running two miles, I start I start trying to see if I could run four miles. And after running four miles, I started seeing if I could run if I could run 10 miles. And after 10 miles, I started seeing if I could run 17. Eventually, I'm running about three marathons a week. Does that sound like somebody that has a heart issue? I got healed. I got healed. Jesus Christ healed my heart, man. That was the physician. He touched me.

The closer I got, the more whole I got. and a multitude of other testimonials that I share in later videos or that I've shared on this platform. The physician touched me and I touched him by drawing near to him. Cuz Hebrews 11:6, what does it say? It says, "It is impossible to please God without faith. For those that come to him must believe that he is, and he is a rewarder of those that diligently seek him." This woman with the issue of blood was rewarded for diligently seeking Jesus Christ in a crowd that was thronging him, that was crushing him, that was she sought him.

And if she could only but yet touch just the garment virtue. Last thing I'm going to say is that when we have faith, mind you, Jesus was on the way to heal a dead little girl. But when we have faith, it stops Jesus in its tracks and it literally forces power to be released. It just forces power to be released. [laughter] [laughter] God gets excited. This means that that Jesus Christ knows when you got faith and when you don't. And he gets excited when you do. He gets excited when it's genuine faith.

He gets excited when you say, "Lord, I don't know how you going to do this, but God, I know you about to show up cuz I can't do it, but I know you can." The woman with the issue of blood said that. Gyrus did the same thing for his daughter. We'll get to that story another day. But the woman with the issue of blood is her fate. And I don't know where you are, my leader, right now, but I'm just saying this. I'm speaking this message in red. [laughter] [laughter] And I'm here to say, "Hey, have faith.

Have faith in the one that can heal you and who will heal you and who had already healed you. You tried everything else. You put your money everywhere. You went to all the professionals. Now it's time to try Jesus. I know one thing for sure. Whenever I'm doing coaching oneonone, if the if the counselor ain't there, if the presence of God don't show up, I ain't going to really be able to heal this person. I'm not going to be able to help this person. The counselor has to show up. Jesus Christ must be there. His presence got to dwell. His power got to be there.

That's when we get healing, my leaders. So, I don't know where you are right now, but it may seem like you've done everything in your tracks. Hey, I want you to understand something. Keep leaning on faith. Keep leaning on faith. That's all we got. That's literally all we got. and that's all you need. [laughter] Let's pray. Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Lord, Father, I just want to say thank you for your love. Thank you the fact that you show us so many examples of you showing your glory. You're the God that can do only what you can do. Father, there's nobody in your place, Lord.

You are the Lord of Lords. You are the King of Kings, heavenly father. And I just want to say thank you, heavenly father. Lord God, I'm praying for my leader today. I'm praying for my leader today that's been trying every single thing that they've been trying to try in order to feel a sense of peace. They've been trying every single thing that they've been trying in order to heal their soul. Lord, there's an affliction of the soul, Lord God. And [music] they have a plague because of this affliction of the soul, heavenly father. They've been burdened for so long.

[music] They've been troubled for so long that it's affecting the body now, Lord God. And I just begin to declare a [music] healing, Lord. a healing that's about to come to those that receive this word that they will grab it by faith in Jesus that they will believe that if they just lean and they will [music] open their arms. Hallelujah. [music] [music] Lord, that you will pour out your healing hand, Lord Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, I know you want to do a miracle for this individual. I know you want to do a mighty [music] work, Lord God. And I know you just asking them to open their heart.

You said those who [music] have ears, let them hear. So God, I'm just praying that you prepare the soil, Lord. And that when this seed is planted in their hearts today, that it will produce a hundfold in the name of Jesus. And I just declare this individual healed in Jesus mighty name. I declare their whole in the name of Jesus. I uproot [music] depression. I uproot anxiety. Heavenly Father, Lord, and I loosen your power [music] and I loosen your glory, Heavenly Father. Lord, we receive your love and we just want to say [music] thank you in advance for what you've already done. We magnify your name. We love you, God.

And it's in Jesus [music] mighty name that we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. My leader, I love you, but Jesus Christ loves you more. I don't know what you're [music] dealing with, but do not lose faith. All right, my leaders, leaders, my leaders, in any of the video, this one or this one, I believe it's going to speak to you. Watch both of them if you can, okay? And let it [music] pour into you. And if you haven't subscribed to leadership, hit that subscription. I look forward to seeing you in the next video. All right, we out.
