Why Riches Without Integrity Will Destroy You: A Hard Truth from Proverbs 19:1

Hallelujah my leaders I need to speak to you today in this moment if literally you've been walking with Integrity you've been walking with so much Integrity that you haven't been winning so it seems and when you look around there's so many individuals not walking this way and they're coming up life seems to be working out for them and you're asking God what's going on with my life right now if I can just kind of twist up some things right and kind of get out of my normal way of doing things if I can kind of bend the rules just a little bit I may be further ahead right now you're

thinking that at times but something in your spirit is telling you don't do what they're doing keep doing what you're doing I want to pray for you heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Lord we come to you today and we just want to say thank you for this time thank you for this hour thank you for this moment father I'm praying for a leader right now that's been walking with so much Integrity right now and the enemy is putting different lies in their mind right now that they should take a different path like they should take a path that truly it ain't really for them and it's

definitely not according to your moral compass but they know if they take this twist and if they take this turn they may come up financially right they may be in a better position they may get a different type of favor that doesn't come from you father I I I pray against that Spirit right now and as I'm speaking this word that you gave us today Lord let this word be something that they can look at and remember that this is what you want them to do this is a standard you want us to operate from a place of standard so God use me today to speak your word guide this

leader allow their ears to be open allow our hearts to be transformed we love you in Jesus mighty name we pray pray amen my leader my leader my leader this is a special word that I have for you because me and my wife were are sincerely affected that we had to pray and we had to pray about this because online we saw something very very uh very heartouching that there are individuals out here who truly are coming up in life man and they're making it and they're making it in a way that's not of God if you're watching this platform is a fate BL fate I said fate blazed a

fate based platform okay and we keep everything here rooted in the Bible we believe that this Bible is perfect it's infallible it's the the word of Truth and it's the foundation that when we put our trust here it truly guides us this has changed my life and sto me from committing suicide because I was going down a path that was not for me I'm sharing this message today out of the Book of Proverbs that I'm going to share the scripture with you in a second but me and my wife were watching a video today and it was this woman who has slept with over a 100 individuals within 24 hours

and it was part of a promotion that she was doing on a website called only fans okay now only fans is known for adult content but not only that they do other things as well too but they're known for that and in this day and age it's a way that many people are deciding that they want to make income and the type of money that they make it's actually kind of ridiculous but is it right is it right is the question that I ask when we're speaking about a video on Integrity I want us to read a verse okay and it's in Proverbs 19 I'm reading out of the KJV

Version Holy Spirit I pray that you allow me to speak this the way you want me to speak this and in Proverbs 19 it reads better is the poor that walth in his Integrity than he that is perverse in his lips and is a fool read that two more times I'mma break this thing down Proverbs 19 verse1 better is the poor the that walketh in his his Integrity than he that is perverse in his lips and is a fool two things I need us to look at two contrast in this scripture it is the word integrity and it's the word perverse two words that oppose each other I'm going to

tell yall what the Hebrew meaning of these words are so better is the poor that walth in his Integrity Integrity the Hebrew word is the word Tom and Tom means innocent okay and another way that Tom is used in Hebrew is for Perfection so when you are walking in Integrity you are walking in innocence and when you're walking in innocence you're actually walking in Perfection often times when I see that that words the Bible talks about be ye perfect Wonder dang well I'm a sinner and because I'm a sinner I don't know how I can ever be perfect in anything but in all actuality when you're walking according to the

word of God it literally allows us to walk in a way that is innocent and when you're walking in innocence you're walking in Perfection okay and I want to keep reading this better is the poor that walth in his Integrity so innocence than he that is perverse and so perverse is this word called iesh okay Ikes and iesh actually ironically means means false false crooked crooked distorted so when you're walking in a perverse way you are walking in a false way but now let's read what it actually says it says then he that is perverse in his lips so your false if you're false in this in your lips you

are a liar you cannot speak truth truth does not come out of your mouth your mouth is perverse the things that come out of your mouth are distorted and it says and is a fool and so if you a fool you're not walking in Integrity you're not not walking in Perfection you're actually walking in a way that lacks wisdom and if you're walking in a way that lacks wisdom you're walking in a foolish manner so here we have this only fans and we have individuals that are walking in a way that also when we think about this word Tong and we think about innocence there's also this idea of walking

in a way that is morally innocent so this has to do with behavior to sleep with 24 individuals I'm just going to be honest within a 100 100 individuals within 24 hours one it's foolishness and it's not wise for a host of reasons that would take 2 3 hours to talk talk [Applause] [Applause] about two just because you're doing something that provides income and is making you a lot of money does not mean that that thing is innocent it doesn't mean it's perfect it doesn't mean that it's correct to do and often times we're in a world right now if you're of this world and you want to be liked

by this world we approve things anything that's going to get us the the bag I just want to get the bag M that's it I just want to collect this paper and I just want to protect my family I want to provide for my family I want to get the mom a big house I want to get the dad a nice car I want to provide for other individuals individuals and all of these things sound right they sound like the good things to do and so we go out of this world and we're doing things that they keep us spiritually spiritually dead because they're AES they're false they're distorted they're

crooked but yet we got all this money in the bank so we're wealthy we're rich for all the wrong reasons you see many of us can get rich today and we can get rich tomorrow if we walk in eesh if we walk falsely if we walk foolishly you know what it's called it's called selling your soul that's what it's called and I remember when I think about my my life and I even think about some of the things that I had the opportunity of doing in the past even with like videography photography there was as many times I could have sold my soul there many spaces I could have been

that was just foolish and I remember a time and I said this in the past video I remember a time where I was shooting music videos right and there was just one day and it was just foolish the type of video that I was trying to shoot just for experience wasn't even going to really make money at the time but I I my feet were haste to go places it shouldn't have been I wasn't really Walking With Jesus that time I knew a Jesus but I wasn't Walking With Jesus cuz if you're walking with Jesus you're going to be walking in integrity and I remember being at this video shoot

my leader and as I'm there I'mma tell you there is a shotgun sitting at on the table laid out we're about to do this rap video and I remember one of the individuals in the living room he took the shotgun and he held it up against my face and I found myself looking down the barrel of a shotgun at gunpoint he thought it was funny because where they are from in the hood that's how they play my foolish walk landed me in that environment you see there is a way that the word says that's right to men in their own eyes but the word speaks about not leaning on our

own understanding and that the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom when we give our life over to Jesus Christ and we hand it over to him and we allow him to be our Lord and we allow him to be our savior what Jesus begins to do is download wisdom through the word of Truth through the Holy Ghost who is the revealer of all truth but outside of this we failed to have a conviction so I never had a conviction of a lot of the foolish ways in which I was on the root to making money initially hadn't surrendered my life to Jesus but it is the grace of

God that allowed me to get through those scenarios without a bullet in me thank God you see better is the poor that walth in his Integrity it's not a call of action to remain poor okay it's not saying money is the devil no we know that the root of evil is the Love of Money the Love of Money this this love like you just have to have it it's just you're craving it man you like you love money like you love God you you can't love money like you love Jesus God is a jealous God you know we talk about love and how love is blinding I had a love

for this money back back then and I would do anything to get this money but be careful what you are willing to do in order to make money and as me and my wife were looking at this this this interview cuz that's what it was it was like an interview SL documentary and we're looking at how the woman is thinking the the the thought process young women in our early 20s and we all been in our early 20s some of y'all are there right now we just thinking like Dam I know before I was saved maybe I would have did the same thing maybe I would have been in the

same situation if I'm not walking with God and this video is here just to remind us that there are many people in this world that are maybe they're far off from you in a financial financial scale and you look up to them financially it's just like man dang I wish I was there but you also have to consider the way that somebody has gotten to their position just because they have money does not mean that it's a respectable position did they get there with Integrity or did they gain the world only to lose their soul there are many individuals who believe in Jesus Christ who are wealthy and they did

things ethically they did things right matter of fact I'm reading a a book called just business that talks about ethical principles from the Bible it it teaches you how to do business properly you see to be perverse is to move in a false way and I'm just sharing this message today because I just want us this week this month to consider if the enemy has been speaking in your ears lately to do things that are out of your character in order to gain filthy L KJV vers I just love how they call money filthy lot cray it's a beautiful word word m like many of you all I would love

to have multi-millions as a matter of fact I have a check written down November 11 2015 Holy Spirit had me write this number down for 111 million and in my lifetime I'm going to be giv at least half of that if not more away to phenomenal causes and I find myself throughout the years God revealing to me phenomenal causes phenomenal nonprofits different things that the world needs and he keeps showing me these things so that when I am blessed in jesus' name with this income in my lifetime or maybe maybe my seed of the Next Generation we know what we want to do with this income we know what we

can do what we can build right so the income is to make an impact but it's not to be worshiped it's not to be worshiped so this is not a call to be poor now the Bible talks negatively about being poor and how it can also lead you to wanting to Rob someone so this is not a a call to be poor okay but what this is a call to be is to check our heart posture when we're lacking and when we don't have things in certain Seasons we tend to move certain ways sometimes and it's almost like it's telling you to relax relax if you've been walking in innocence

right if you've been walking with Jesus you're walking in Perfection and if you just so happen to not have something of financial resources right now it's okay it don't mean that it's not coming but whatever you do don't go towards doing things in a way that's not correct don't go towards walking like a fool in order to try to come up don't move the word says to not move with haste to get rich or you will fall into sin once again this is not a call to be poor he's not calling us who are part of his kingdom to be poor matter of fact God has all the resources and

wants to bless us abundantly above all we can think ask or imagine many of you all are going to be be phenominally wealthy okay and many of you all are just always going to have enough but you're always going to be taken care of God promises to take care of us that's what he does promis many of you all are going to receive income and finances and it's not going to be because you even had to work or you had to toil it says the blessings of the Lord come without that so people going to actually pour into you a matter of fact here's a staggering scripture in Ecclesiastes it

actually says this and this will blow your mind Ecclesiastes chapter 2 at the end of chapter 2 this is what King Solomon writes okay he writes this in Ecclesiastes chapter 2 verse 26 it says for God give it to a man that is good in his sight so a man that is good a man that is walking with Integrity for God give to a man that is good in his sight wisdom wisdom knowledge and joy but to The Sinner he giveth TR Veil that means that's hard work to gather and to Heap up that he may give to him that is good before God what the Lord is going to

have certain individuals do as well too who are sinners who are walking in this false way and with this perverse way actually the hard work that they have to do the selling of their soul that they got to go do in order to get that filthy LCRA the way that they've obtained it and the way that that was just not right he will cause these individuals to give to the man that is good you're going to wonder why you may even be receiving money out of nowhere that God is blessing you with somebody else is working so hard for it and you just seem to be getting blessed with it

and it's not always him using individuals who are wicked because I don't want you to think that hey I just got blessed with this random money from a man of God or a woman of God they must be some Wicked person though that's not what that's saying but what he is saying he's gonna cause those who are not good in his sight to pour into you because you're good in his sight you're walking with Integrity so don't be alarmed when you are not experiencing some Financial gains this season please don't feel the need to begin a only fan because people are making hundreds of millions a month hundreds of thousands

a month if it'ses if it's perverse say no to it if it's foolish say no to it because better okay better is the poor that walk it with Integrity Integrity okay and you know who's writing this ironically outside of Jesus the wisest wealthiest man known in the Bible which is King Solomon writing this to his son how ironic somebody of massive wealth is writing these scriptures to warn us those who don't have don't be such in a haste to do perverse things to gain you're better off walking in your integrity because at least you're going to have a sense of Peace at least you're going to be able to sleep

at night at least your soul is not going to be dying and you're looking you're looking behind your your back cuz you're you're doing something you ain't supposed to be [Applause] [Applause] doing better is the poor that walks with Integrity my leaders heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ father I pray that this word connects this Proverbs 19:1 is so powerful you give us two examples integrity and perverseness truth and falsehood and I'm praying Lord that my leader and I we are not tempted to do things that are out of our character in order to gain income Lord I ask that you will show us what to do

moving for it to get out of this area where some of us don't have and the enemy's been in our ear Lord I'm praying that you will bless this leader today in Jesus name I'm praying that you will provide for this leader the right income in Jesus name I'm praying God that you would lead them away from perversion away from foolishness away from lying tongues away from the deceit of the devil God and lead us towards your truth Lord I know that you want to bless your leaders abundantly above all that they can think ask or imagine and I'm praying a blessing over the life whatever that looks like Jesus
