You May Never FEEL Ready But Gods Grace Is Sufficient | Start 2025 With This Word

my leaders leaders today I got a special message for you and it's on my heart to tell you this before you move forward next year God is already magnified many of you all and here's one problem you may never feel ready I'm going say that again and my leader who's watching this video who's accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior you have been diligently seeking God God earnestly but for whatever reason you don't feel ready what do you mean coach J you don't feel ready to do the thing that God is calling you to do because you feel like there's still these weaknesses there's still these areas in your life

that you need to have patched up they got to be perfect you got to be perfect you got to feel like those leaders that you're looking at you got to you got to feel like those leaders that you see you don't know how they even feel while they're doing it but you feel like they are confident you feel like they are perfect you feel like they got everything together the truth be told they they don't they're just like you and me I'm just like you and at times I don't feel ready to be doing the thing that God has calling me to do my ladies I'm going have us go

to Second Corinthians okay second Corinthians chapter 12 and this is about Paul I'm just going to read I'm going to allow the word to just speak to you because this is very important that we get this it's a quick message today but I need us to get this heavenly father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Lord may you go before me right now and utilize your words to speak to this leader right now may you impress in them a seed that's going to cleanse that's going to wash that's going to pour down a truth that you need them to get before they enter this next year and while they're

inside this next year let them know that even though they don't feel ready it don't mean that they not ready they have you they have the Holy Ghost you the revealer of all truth your strength is made perfect in all weaknesses Lord speak to this leader today in Jesus name my leader check this out I want us to read 2 Corinthians 12 and the verse we all know it starts on verse 9 okay but I'm actually going to read verse 7 first it says this and lest I should be exalted above measure Paul speaking through the abundance of the revelations there was given to me a thorn in the flesh

the messenger of Satan to Buffet me lest I should be exalted above measure for this thing I besought the Lord Thrice three times that it might depart from me and he said unto me my grace is sufficient for thee my strength is made perfect in weakness I'm going to keep reading the scripture my strength is made perfect in weakness my leaders you're going to be magnified and God is magnifying many of you are and you're going to be called yet you're not going to feel ready to do your assignment because you're going to feel like there's still a weakness in you and this weakness may not even be removed because

in this weakness God is saying my grace is sufficient you may not feel but my leader you're going to do your assignment with God's grace it is Grace that is going to make you have the strength to prepare forward it's his grace that is going to cover up for all the areas in which you lack for the assignment in which he's called you towards he didn't call you towards this assignment so that you can get on the stage and get on the platform and be embarrassed no no no he called you because he wants to use you even though you don't feel ready you see the thing about God and

what we read about his ministry is that he comes and he calls the Brokenhearted he calls those who are blind he calls those who are poor he calls those who are poor in spirit okay he calls these individuals that seem like they are the Misfits he has Apostles some of them are uneducated and unlearned not all of them but some of them and he calls these people when they're in seasons and spaces where they're not perfect individuals while you and I are on this Earth we are going to be perfected onto the day that we die as we are standing firm in this word the word says be ye perfect

it don't mean that we feel like we're being perfect but we're being washed the more we're in this word submitting to God we're being Washed by the word we're being made perfect each and every single day but like Paul Paul was called on the road to Damascus during a time he was still persecuting the Christians he was murdering murderous intent yet on the road to Damascus a light so bright blinds blinds him and he hears the voice of God why are you are you persecuting my people why are you persecuting me by him persecuting God's people he was persecuting Christ he receives his call there's a weakness in him check

this out Paul's Ministry the strength that he has to go forth and do it is not in his strength is in the strength of the Lord let's read this again verse 7 it said un lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations there was given to me a thorn in the flesh the messenger of Satan to Buffet me lest I should be exalted above measure Paul this walk that he is with Christ one thing the Lord never wants you and I to get is a space of being too boastful in ourselves too prideful in our strengths and what we can do to where when we

get so confident we don't even think it's God doing it no more we think it's us I'm bold you're being magnified now but not because you're being magnified for you and you're being you've been given this anointed for you this anointing is to do the will of Jesus Christ the work that's supposed to be done here on this Earth through You Through Your Vessel but never think for a second my leader that this strength is coming from you is coming from the god that you serve why is that great news it's great news because you ain't got to have it all together in order to do the assignment of God

this flesh has has limitations that the Holy Ghost does not this flesh has limitations that God the Father does not this flesh has limitations that the King of Kings and the Lord of lords Jesus Christ does not so even if I can brag in my strength oh how little it is in comparison to The Sovereign nature of the god that I serve oh how little it is my strength when I'm as confident as I need to be compared to the strength that can be given to me through Grace it says this my grace is sufficient for thee for my strength is made perfect in weakness my my leaders I don't

want you to go astray this next year thinking that you got to have all the understanding thinking that you have to have everything together thinking that you have to have everything in order that's going to be the thing that's going to keep you stuck in this next year moving forward you may never feel ready but the good news is you don't got to be ready all you have to do first is accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior receive the gift of the Holy Ghost and allow the Holy Spirit who's the revealer of all truth the anointing to do the work that you and I can do and you'll

be wondering a year from now how in the world did this stuff get done how in the world am I really working for Christ the way that I'm working for Christ how is he being exalted through me little old me I'm asking that all the time little old me Lord you know if I didn't have you with the weaknesses that I have my infirmities oh my God I'll be a ratchet man I need you every single day I need your strength when I'm praying for somebody I need your strength when I'm reading my words so I don't fall asleep I need your strength first and foremost before I even get

on this camera I Need You Jesus Christ I need you when I'm out there in the world and I'm getting triggered I need you or I can't do your work and I can only pray Jesus that the work that I'm doing for you is according to your perfect plan I don't make this thing perfect you make this thing perfect and though I have this infirmity and though I have this weakness that I prayed against that I still kind of go into and these things that I'm still doing that are leading me into sin Lord thank you that I can Repent Jesus Christ and in my repentance God give me the

strength your straight makes up for the places I can never make up my leader this is about surrendering you may never feel ready but it don't mean that you are not ready you've been gifted the Holy Ghost and I need you to take this understanding what you moving for some of the reasons why you have this feeling of inadequacy in the flesh is purposeful we don't want to have no confidence in the flesh we want to have all confidence in the spirit and that's the spirit of Christ that dwells within you my leader heavenly father in Jesus mighty name father I thank you right now for this reminder that your

strength is made perfect in our weaknesses when we are weak we get to finally lean on you ABA we get to finally call on your name God and say God you fill in the Gap where I can't fill in the Gap you give me the strength in the areas I ain't got the strength in you show out for me God Lord I'm praying that you will show out for this leader that even though they may never feel ready remind them that they are ready because they have you Jesus Christ Hallelujah father we thank you for this time we thank you for what you're about to do for this Leader's life
