God Is Calling You To The Deep End

My leaders, yo. yo. If you're watching this video right now, I want you to know one thing. I'm going to share a specific story with you about a personal experience. Is that the Lord is your shepherd. And you shall lack nothing. Okay? Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Lord, I pray that you will use me right now to just share testimonial that will impact your leader. Father, we come together right now to glorify and uplift the name of Jesus Christ. Father, to put you in the forefront. forefront.

To continue to move in a way where we're walking in faith because your word says that it is faith that pleases you. And without faith, it's impossible to please you. So, Father, I just pray that this word, this testimonial, it builds the faith of whoever is listening to this message today. I just want to share testimonial. Use this testimonial to ignite somebody in their faith and to confirm something. Use me, Lord. I just want to be your vessel today. Open the ears of this leader and allow them to receive this testimonial today. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. Amen. My leaders, I want to speak to you.

When I'm talking about you, I'm talking about this individual watching this video right now. You may be on your phone right now. You saw this title and you said, "Man, this message is for me." My leader, this message is for you. At the perfect time and a perfect moment because I believe that God wants you to know that he's your shepherd and you shall lack nothing. I asked the Lord, "What do you want me to share today?" And he said, "Share testimonial." testimonial." And I said, "What testimonial?" Cuz I have so much I want to talk about.

I haven't been on this platform for a good amount of time and I've just been encountered with so many experiences experiences, experiences, wisdom, knowledge, so much information I want to share. I'm like, "God, I don't even know where to start." The Lord said, "Start with a testimonial." testimonial." And so, I've been thinking about this, man, last year, October 27th, 2025, all right, was the day that I decided I'm going to obey and I'm going to listen to a word that God gave me earlier that year, okay? October 27th, 2025.

This is a specific date that I want you to remember because it's the date that I decided I'm going to be obedient. And what the word of the Lord for me was, "Michael, I need you to leave your place of comfort. I need you to leave that hustle, that side hustle that you've been doing, the delivery driving that you've been doing, I need you to leave that so that I can have you go into the deep end. Like, I need you to start doing your business and I need you to do your business. I need you to do that 100%. Like, I need that to be your full-time income.

I need that to be legitimately what you're doing. I need you to open up your availability. I need you to open up your schedule. I need you to open up your time, okay? I'm going to provide, but you need to listen. You got to trust me on this journey. Now, Now, I wouldn't listen to this until October 27, 2025. And the reason I wouldn't listen to this because the delivery drive that I was doing, it was like if you go to a swimming pool right now, you're going to see there's the deep end and then you got the ledges. Okay, here I am now.

I'm doing favors, but I'm holding on and I'm just holding on to the dang I'm holding on to the ledge. >> [laughter] >> I'll put my feet kind of swim to the deep end a little bit and then I'm swimming back and I'm swimming back holding on. All right, holding on for dear life the ledge. And the Lord had to remind me, all right, Michael, there's people holding on to that ledge as well, too. And where you've been has been good, but as you keep holding on to the ledge, like there's people in the deep end.

There's people in the deep end of the water that if you don't leave your place of comfort and swim off into the deep end, there's going to be folks that are going to drown. drown. And I want to use you to go get these people that's in the deep end so that they don't drown. Okay? Okay? So that they're not sinking to the a bottomless pit. You said you want to be used, Mike. You said, Mike, God, use my vessel. You said, God, use me. That's what you prayed. >> [laughter] >> And so, I need you to leave this edge. I need you to go into the deep end.

And so, my listeners, one of the things I came across was in my control of doing these deliveries at the time, I I literally could not let go of my time. I couldn't let go of my schedule. I had a consistent routine and this routine, I'm going to do this, I'm going to work until this time. I'm going to do this from Monday. I'm going to do this till Friday. Sometimes I'm going to do it 7 days out of the week. Okay, not even take a rest day.

Then, in doing so, I didn't have the availability needed to be able to serve God in the way that I needed to serve him. And in serving God and wanting to be used by God, he's always going to call you to go towards people. Okay? Now, check this out. I finally say yes. I say yes, October 27, 2025, the same day my father retired. Okay? And I said, that's going to be the special day. And from this point, it's been 8 months total. total. 8 months since doing the deliveries and fully diving in the deep end and just doing kingdom business, entrepreneurship. Okay? Okay?

And in these 8 months, one thing has been for certain, the Lord has been my shepherd and I lack nothing. And in fact, it's not just me. You see this beautiful ring on my hand. It's been been me and my wife. Okay? My wife hasn't had to do any extra hustles. My wife has been called to focus on our nonprofit. Okay? Called to leave an organization that she used to be at in order to focus on the nonprofit. Making me now have to move forward as the true provider for my household. Now, in moving forward, a lot of times what the enemy tries to do is the voice of condemnation.

Like, Michael, you remember in the past, you always struggled. While at the ledge, right, of my comfort and my safety of doing the deliveries, the enemy would just whisper in my ear, "Michael, remember your eviction in the past? past? You remember how you've always dealt with rental problems? Remember how you've always dealt with financial issues? Don't you remember that? You've never been able to take care of yourself. What makes you think that you're going to take care of yourself right now? What makes you think that you and your wife are not going to go through the same scenario?

Matter of fact, while y'all been married, y'all went through an eviction before. Matter of fact, Mike, while y'all been married, y'all went through repossession of your vehicle. Matter of fact, while y'all Matter of fact, matter of fact, all these words of condemnation decided they're going to come full force the moment I said, "Lord, I trust you." But I had to continue to read Psalms 23:1. Now, the Lord said he's my shepherd, and he called me to do this thing. So, because he he called me to do this thing, I'm not going I won't struggle. There's no way I'm going to struggle. struggle. Because now it's not my it's not me.

I've chose to stop doing every single thing thing that I wanted to do in order to feel comfortable, in order to be in control. In fact, as I used to be comfortable on this edge, matter of fact, nothing was working according to plan because the Lord had called me out of that a long time ago. And it's crazy because I'm over here praying, "Hey, Lord, deepen my faith." Father, deepen my faith. Lord God, I I trust me. I trust me, God. I'm going to trust you. But when he calls me to do it, I'm over here in a in a moment of hesitation. hesitation.

And so, it's been 8 months, and what the Lord has shown me is this. Within these 8 months, month after month after month after month after month, God has supplied supplied for me and he's supplied for my wife. He's opened up doors of opportunity. He's sent provision in ways that I could have never wrote on my monthly list of plans. God is going to send money like this. He's going to send money like this. It's going to look like this. It's going to look like this. No, no, no. He send money the way he wants to send money. He said provision the way he wants to send provision.

And in this time frame, I've been able to make more money than doing favors. I've been able to provide back to the church more than I ever would have when I was holding on to the deep end. And I keep asking my Lord, I'm able to pay for things like car repairs that I couldn't pay for in the past. I'm able to give away money in ways that I couldn't give. I'm able to do things that I couldn't do when it was in my control, when I felt like I knew the best path. What I was telling the Lord is God, I know better than you.

I know better than you. Lord, if I make this and I make this, look at the budget sheet. Man, I know the money that's coming in is consistent. Look at the budget sheet. How am I going to entrust you with something I can't see? And this is where faith comes in because faith now is requiring you to trust God in a way that absolutely feels uncomfortable. It feels like sometimes you play if you playing basketball. I said this analogy in one of my Instagram posts. A lot of times it could feel like you in the fourth quarter. It could feel like you in the fourth quarter and you down 30.

Down 30 in the fourth quarter you know the first of the month is coming and you feel like you not about to have bills paid. You feel like things are not going to go according to plan. And and and until God shows up. And what I've seen is there's just times where time and time again he'll show up at the perfect time in the perfect moment, man. And it's like, yo, it puts me in [music] a place where, damn, you said that you were going to provide. You said that you were going to bring it and he brings it every single time.

And I got to share this because I do believe there's individuals watching this video who are called to do things that are going to put you literally away from the edge, and it's going to put you into the deep end. And then when you get into that deep end, you're going to see that, "Dang, man, it feels like I'm drowning here." But in this moment when when you go into the deep end, it's just your time to trust God like you've never trusted him before. It's to lean on him like you've never leaned on him before. It's to trust that, "Hey, he is your shepherd, and he is your provider.

He is Jehovah Jireh." And then I kept reading verses about in the Psalms of how the Lord he not going to put you to shame. One thing that he is not going to do is put me to shame. Wouldn't going to call me into something. I wouldn't going to profess his name and then [snorts] for him to put me to shame. No, no, no, because one thing that I know that the Lord wants to do as you go into the deep end and as you continue to proclaim the name of Jesus Christ, what he wants to do he wants to get the glory.

There's a scripture that says, "Let your light so shine before men that they may glorify your father who is in heaven." heaven." God wants your light to shine, and he wants you to be talking faith talk. Hebrews 11:6 says that it is impossible to please God without faith. For those that come to him must believe that he is, that he exist, okay? And he is a rewarder for those that diligently seek him. him. If you have heard from the Lord to go and just jump in and to go swimming with him. Go swimming in the deep end with him. He he's your floaties. He's the lifeguard. lifeguard.

>> [laughter] >> He will not let you drown. But this is has to be something that the Lord is telling you a move forward. Move forward, go. Because at the end of the day, it wasn't about him just providing the provision. One of the main things he wanted me to leave this was once again the the idealization I had in the control of my time. Had I not let that time go, I don't get to meet the people that I have the opportunity of meeting. I don't get to coach the people that I get the opportunity of coaching.

I don't have the availability to disciple in ways that the Lord would have me disciple. And it's like, yo, a true surrender, a true letting go. Yours may look different than mine, but for 8 months now, okay? I'm going to keep sharing periodic testimonials. For 8 months, I've seen through personal experience, God providing, okay? God providing every week. There's just provision. Every week, I'm over here thanking the Lord. Every week, and my wife is praising the Lord like, yo, we don't even know how things are going the way that they going. It's just God. There's nothing different about us than you. There's nothing different about us than anybody else, right?

Any other believer, all right? He's no respecter of man. It's just the the decision to say, you know what? I'm going to trust the Lord Jesus. If this is what he's called me to do, this is what I'm going to do. So, my ladies, I'mma leave you with this, man. If you know that you've been on the dang you've been holding on to the dang ledge, you just holding on to that dang thing. thing. You just holding on for dear life, man.

If you know you're holding on for dear life, and God is legitimately telling you to go swim in the deep end, this is a video of a confirmation to go swim in the deep end. He's with you. You're not by yourself. You're not doing this alone. But if you're trying to jump in the deep end, you're doing that by yourself, you're probably going to be drowning, too. What I'm saying is, there are folks that God needs you to get. He needs you to get them. He needs you to get them. I don't know what your gift is, all right? But I just know you have something special.

You have an anointing, and God needs you to go go so you can go get his people. You may have to leave the 99 in order to go get the one, but he's going to use you, okay? He's going to use you. And just remember, the Lord is your shepherd. shepherd. You shall not lack nothing. You ain't going to want nothing, okay? So, just let him move, let him do it, all right? This is the next step in their faith journey. journey. Give them the ability to trust you more, Father. Father. So, Lord, we give you our burdens. We give you our fears.

You didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. So, Father, we just want to say thank you for this word. Thank you for this confirmation.
