My leader, if you feel like right now where you are is not nowhere close to what you had envisioned and you're dealing with depression due to the fact that you're not living up to some expectation that you placed on yourself, this video is for you. The word that I want to read is Galatians 6:9. And let us not be weary in welloing, for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, I ask that you would meet us in this meeting place right now and minister to us today.
Father, I don't know who's watching this video, but Father, I'm praying for them right now. And I'm praying against any spirit of depression. I'm praying against any spirit of condemnation that has been speaking to them, telling them that they are not where they need to be right now and that they are failing in life. I'm speaking to that spirit right now that wants to put them in this deep, dark pit. Father, I just ask that you release this condemnation. I ask that you would release this this idle word that's being spoken internally.
And Father, help us today continue to move forward in the path that you've called for us, Lord God. Father, I ask that you will use me today in this moment to minister to your leader. And I just pray that this leader after this word begins to see their circumstance in a I mean a completely different light. So father help me as I speak to your leader today. Give me the words. Give me the stories. We're in expectation and it's in Jesus mighty name that we pray. Amen. My leaders, I was on the phone with a special individual that ignited this message today. today. And this leader is an ambitious leader.
He's a go-getter. He's motivated. He's inspired. inspired. And And briefly we spoke about the idea that right now the individual does not feel as though at this young age they're where they should be right now. And what the enemy of condemnation kept speaking like, "Hey bro, you are failing right now. Look at the evidence. Look at look at everybody else. everybody else is going and they're crushing it and they're living the life you want to live. They're in the position that you want to be in. They're growing the families that you want to develop. develop. They're making the income that you want to make.
And it just feels like, man, my life is just going too slow right now, man. In fact, one of the worst words was, was, "I feel like everything I'm doing right now is for nothing." Every single thing I'm doing right now is for nothing. And so, thank you, Holy Spirit, for allowing me to share this. I just want to share this with you, my leaders. I'm gonna be honest with you. As he was speaking, I was seeing myself. I was seeing myself because a lot of things that I've done to try to build a a a life for myself, to try to build a career for myself.
A lot of things, it feel like, man, everything's been in a slow burner. It just seems like, man, this this person's making it, that person's making it. It seemed like, Lord, I don't have as much as I thought I should have at this point in time. I'm married, Lord. I'm married, Father. And as I'm in that situation, I I I I almost began to get into a self of self-pity. Now I got this self-pity. Now I don't want to do the thing he's called me to do, serve you all. Now I don't want to minister to you all because this thing ain't working.
But then the Lord continued to reveal to me. He said, "Michael, I need you to watch how you are comparing your life to everybody around you. I need you to watch that. I need you to watch that because where you are right now, I've been doing something very specific." Okay? I've been doing something very specific. If you're watching me right now, I'm talking to you as well, too. God has been doing something very specific for you. And the Lord had to remind me, Michael, I'm doing something very specific in your life.
And in fact, the journey that I took you on, I needed you to go down that journey because when you started going down this journey, something changed. Pride began to fall off. Something changed. You be you began to get a little bit more nice, Michael. When you took this path, every other sentence that you speaking is not a curse word. You dressing a little different. If you can see, hey, your pants is pulled up now. You ain't sagging all the way to your knees. Your pants a little pulled up. up. I've been developing you. Your vernacular has changed a little bit.
Matter of fact, oh, I may keep you there longer because as I as I've been keeping you here, Michael, your character is grown a little bit more. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You ain't where you want to be, think that you need to be, or where you're going to be someday. But man, where you've come from, Michael, the only thing I need you to look at right now is I need you to look at where you've come from. Where did you come from? Where you come from? Where are you going right now? Where did you come from? Not what I'm doing with him. Not what I'm doing with her. Yeah. Yeah.
There's some resources that I give unto others when I feel like they're ready. All right? When I feel like they're ready. And I'm reminded of the parable that speak about the talents. It speaks about the talents, the income that was given to one, the income that was given to another, and then the income that was given to this one. And it says that what was given to them was given according to what they were able to handle. And we know that the first one multiplied it greatly. The second one also multiplied the money that was given to him.
But then there's one that whatever he received, he got the little that he got and he buried it. And God saw that as wicked. And I'm reminded that God has given me a specific assignment. He's molded me in a in a specific way. And as I was on a phone call today, all I continue to remember to remind this individual, hey man, remember where you at right now. Remember where you're at right now. Because check this out. Some folks dream to be where you at. Some folks dream to be where you at.
I know a lot of people that didn't get your opportunity and you there, but you looking at where you want to go. You looking at everything else. You looking at the things. You're looking at a a a a vision of yourself that may come to pass sooner rather than later. But where you are right now, it's like it's a precious place, man. Some people dream to be where you at right now. You may be looking at your life right now.
You probably thinking to yourself, "Man, "Man, I don't know if people dream to be where I'm at right now." I guarantee you, if you look at things from the right perspective, somebody wish they were in your shoes right now. Somebody wish they had your demeanor. Somebody wish they had your skill set. Somebody wish they could do the things that you can naturally do. To you, that's easy. For somebody else, that's difficult. He showed me, Michael, you've been comparing yourself to everybody else. But Michael, on this path, I've placed specific people. I've given you specific authority over things. I've given you a specific testimonial.
But I need you to see where you came from because you're not the same person that you used to be. You're not the same person. And I'm talking to a leader right now that's just growing weary. You feel like you want to quit. You feel like you want to give up. And that's not what the Lord has for you. He don't want you to do that. If you're still here breathing this good air and God has not promoted you to heaven yet and you still happen to be on this earthly plane dealing with earthly problems, that means that God is still working on you. He still wants to use you.
My leaders, especially my believers in Jesus Christ, you are the hands and the feet of Jesus. as the father sent him. Jesus says, "I sent you." And so, he sent you. And it's not about your will. It's not about your perfect vision. It's not about your perfect plan. It is not up to God to fulfill your plan. It's not up to him to fulfill the plans that I want him to fulfill. He He died on the cross.
Gave his life for me, bore my sin, took my sin in his body, became sin, delivered us from this sin, the law of sin, forgives me when I repent on a day-to-day basis, and he died for me so that I may have life. And the life that I live in freedom outside of my shackles, outside of my bondage, outside of my addictions, outside of my outside of the habits of the flesh, the life that I live now is a life of freedom. So because he gave that for me and he gave his life for me, now Lord, take take my life. What do you want me to do?
How does my life actually look like? I want to go the path that you have for me. And what I realized as I was comparing myself to everybody else, thinking that y'all need to be exactly where I'm supposed to be, that I've envisioned, what I was telling the Lord, "Hey Lord, my plans is better than yours." I know it is. I'm telling the the Lord, my Lord and Savior, I'm telling Aba, the one that brought me here in this earth. I'm telling him, Lord, I got a better plan than you. Trust me, Lord, hold your Bible. Let me show you how I'm supposed to do this thing.
And and I'mma be honest, that's not a figure of speech. That's something that I I used to say. That's a that's a way that I used to move. And when I thought I knew better, that's when I was addicted to the alcohol. That's when I was smoking the weed heavy. heavy. That's when I was addicted to the pornography. pornography. That's when I was overindulging in video games cuz I ain't have nothing better to do with my time. That's when I had the most lack of self-control. When I wanted to do it my way, I'm filled with gluttony. I'm dealing with coveting. I'm coveting everything somebody got.
I'm angry cuz I ain't got what they got cuz I deserve it. it. I think I deserve it. My leaders, that's where I found myself trying to take lead. I drove myself almost off a cliff in in 2014 wanted to commit suicide. That's when I had to control. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And if I still had the control today, I wouldn't be here right now. And God had to remind me, Michael, when you when you received me as your Lord and Savior. All right. When I when you truly received me, you gave up the weed and you gave up the alcohol, you gave up the heavy drinking.
When you receive me, all right? Didn't I put you back on the right path? Didn't I finally make you able to sleep? Hey, remember you had anxiety. Remember you dealt with depression. Remember you had an anger issue. Remember you had a rebellion problem. You couldn't you could not submit to any form of authority. You couldn't submit to your mom. You couldn't submit to your dad. You couldn't submit to a principal. You wouldn't submit to the law. All of these things when you finally said, "You know what, God? I want you to leave." Didn't I take you down green pastures? Psalms 23 talks about the Lord is my shepherd.
I shall lack nothing. Have you ever lacked anything? And then he leads you down green pastures. Look at all this green right here. He just leads you down this path. That's what he leads you down. And the good things that are here, they come from above. Haven't changed your thinking. Wasn't your thinking always constantly forever negative? You just woke up and it was negative. The first of the month come up, you got to pay some bills, you're negative. Somebody cut you off on the road, you're negative. You ain't got enough for some eggs at the grocery store, you're negative. You're just negative.
But haven't I given you a perspective that empowers you to live life and live life at its fullest? Haven't I given you a perspective of life that allows you to have the ability to build other people up? Not because you could do it. You almost drove yourself off a cliff, but because this is always what I had in mind for you. I've called you to be a leader. My leaders, if you're watching this video right now, you're a leader. You're a leader. Subscribe to this platform. This is a leadership platform to help continue to pour into leaders like yourself. You're already doing a phenomenal job. You're already killing it, okay?
But I'm here to just give you some more fuel. I'm here to sweat my behind off to give you fuel because the Lord showed me back when my boy Nelson passed away. May his soul rest in peace to motivate and inspire faith and confidence in each and every individual that I meet so that they can go towards the calling that God has gifted them. You have a gift. You have a calling and you have an assignment on your life. And my leader, what I want to tell you right now is to weary not. Don't grow tired of where you at.
Keep doing the good that God has called you to do. Because in due season, Ecclesiastes tells us there's a season for everything. There's a time to be born and there's a time to die. There's a time for increase and there's going to be a time of famine. So weary not in the good that you're doing in your welloing because in due season there's going to be a reward. And your reward may look greater than all the other people you comparing yourself to. It's going to look good. It's going to fit you. It's going to it's going to it's going to fit you. It's going to be tailored to you. Okay?
And you going to be walking in that authority. But right now, he's trying to build your character. If you feel like you're not where you need to be at right now, trust me, he's trying to build your character. Had I got married too soon, I would have been in a divorce right now. I'm going to be honest. Cuz the way that I looked at women, the way that I thought about marriage, the way that I thought about serving a woman, the way that I was thinking, I would have got in this marriage for the wrong reason.
If he gave me what I wanted too soon, I would have messed it up. God loves you too much to embarrass you. He wants you too much to put a burden. You know what these blessings are? All these blessings that you and I want, it's a new responsibility. Hey, when I want a new coaching client, hey, it's all grave. I just got paid. Somebody just paid me to to get to coaching. But you know what that means? That's a new obligation. That's a new responsibility. Am I ready for that responsibility? Am I ready for that obligation? Oh, you want to get married? Cool. You got your wife now.
That's a new obligation. That's a new responsibility. You want to have kids and children? That's a new obligation. That's a new responsibility. You want that leadership position where everybody going they going to depend on you. That's a that's a new responsibility. That's a new obligation. What are you really asking for? That's the question that the Lord continues to ask me. Mike, what are you really asking for? And are you ready for it? And if I don't think you're ready for it, Mike, I'm just going to build you. Ain't that I'm not going to give it to you.
I'mma build you up until you're ready for it, then I'mma place you at the perfect time. I'mma place you where you need to be. So my leaders, if you're looking around right now and you not where you think that you need to be, trust me, weary not in welloing. For in due time, if you continue to press forward, okay? If you don't faint, don't panic, don't stop, don't quit, in due time, there's a reward, my leaders, there's a reward. reward. Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Lord, Father, we thank you for the God that sees where we are right now.
Lord, we thank you that you're the God that has compassion on our situation, on our scenario. And there's some people right now, they walking through a scenario right now that just feels like, man, God, why am I trying? Why am I even trying, man? It just seems like no blessings is coming my way. And Lord God, today, I just pray you give them the encouragement to continue to press forward. Now is not the time to quit. Now is not the time to give up. Now is not the time to stop, Lord God. And I just pray that you continue to move mightily in their life today, Lord God.
Lord, build them up. encourage them, inspire them, Lord Jesus Christ. Continue to give them the resources that they need and the tools that they may lack at this time, God, but continue to shape their character, Lord God. Because, Father, oh Lord, I can't wait until you put them in a place that they need to be. Not where they want to be, but that they need to be, God. And if they feeling this discontentment, Lord God, Father, help them be content in their situation. Like Paul said, he found a way to be content.
And whatever his situation is, whether he had much or whether he had lack, let that be for this leader today. Let that be for this leader today that they can find peace where they at right now, knowing that you building their character, Lord Jesus Christ. Father, your word says, "Consider it pure joy when faced with trials of many kinds, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience." Hallelujah. But the word also said, "Let patience have her perfect work, so that you are whole, that you are complete, that you are entire." God, I thank you that you're making this leader whole. I thank you that you're making this leader complete.
I thank you that you're making this leader entire. I thank you that they're not lacking nothing. I thank you that they're where they need to be right now, Lord God. So, Father, I'm just praying strength. Father, I declare strength over their life right now. I declare your strength and I just rebuke this devil that's been speaking in their ear. We rebuke that condemnation, that voice of condemnation. We rebuke it and we send it back to hell right now where it came from. And we seal it there by the power of your blood in the name of Jesus, Lord God. And I just declare victory over this leader today.
I declare that they're going to walk forward. Hallelujah. I declare that they're going to run and they not going to stumble, Lord God. I declare that they going to pick themselves up and they not going to faint. So the spirit that wants this leader to faint, we command that spirit to go right now. It got no place. It got no room. We continue to move forward. Father, I just declare that this leader is going to continue to run the race that you've set before them, Lord God. So, Father, use us. We say we want to be your vessels. We say, "Hey, man, right now, we want to be your vessels.
Use us. Thank you for where we at right now. Thank you for the patience. Thank you for this slow and steady pace. Thank you. We ain't lacking nothing." So, Father, we just want to say we love you. We honor you. We give you the glory. Give you the praise. And in Jesus mighty name we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. My leaders, I love you. But Jesus Christ loves you more. My leaders, if you need a prayer request, you have a prayer request, email me jaj globalgmail.com. globalgmail.com. I would like to get to know what you're dealing with, how I can partner up and intercede and pray for you.
